Went for some jeans and shoes. Picked up a shirt. Most memorable was the absolute horror I had trying to find matching shoes on the back wall to the corresponding boxes that held that model shoe. I found three shoes I individually choose and for each and every one I never found a corresponding box in the entire shoe department for any of my selections. Matter of factly almost every box of shoes on the wall had no corresponding shoes on display. I pity whomever is in charge of that section as I am sure any proper manager would take great umbrage at their absolute failure in proper organization on that back wall. Good luck keeping customers willing to come back after possibly experiencing that horrendously mind numbing fruitless search for there preferred shoe on that wall. The rows of shelves were better organized to a degree. Final verdict good place to pick up Levi's but not shoes. Always love the very gracious well appointed formal invitation to come back and pretend I'm saving money while I spend...
Read moreCustomer service is totally lacking. They could care less about their customers. I came in to make an exchange from a purchase I made online. They refused to give me the same price on the item I wanted to exchange it for. Even after I explained that Kohl's sent me the incorrect item and their store did not have the exact item. I was attempting to purchase a similar item from the same designers group of clothing. All items were the same price. It was Kohl's error that I ended up paying the price for. If a store manager does not want to honor online returns then Kohl's should let it be known prior to making a purchase online, not when a return is made. Lesson learned..they lost my business...and I shop for a family of 6.... Kohl's loss from now on. And retailors wonder why they have to close...
Read moreThey raise their prices just to give you a “deal.” Kohl’s is a good place to go to find certain items and they have a variety that is a nice combo, but if you can find the item somewhere else it is probably cheaper there. You’re overpaying for anything you buy here not marked 30% or more off. The online service has issues at times also. Bought a shirt online for my daughter and they sent us the completely wrong shirt! Went into the store and they completed the return (which, granted is nice to do instead of mailing it back) but when the store clerk ordered the shirt it again was the wrong shirt! After the third time this happened with the same order we just gave up and found something else. Otherwise the online experience...
