I have been living here with my family for 2 years now. The first year was all good although that you can literally hear people’s voices and steps all over the apartment! Not to forget that the trash must be taken to the complex gate because there’s only one trash dumpster!

After multiple attempts with the leasing office teams who gave us an ADA apartment without telling us about it, we were able to move to another apartment without paying transfer fees (because our lease ended on time). This was the thing that made the leasing team so mad because they were unable to get money from us!

Lease violations started to come our way right and left and everything started to get worse! They were trying their best to set us up for eviction or non renewal— saving $700 on rent by moving into another apartment by end of our lease was not something they could live with! The leasing lady literally said “You can’t get it all!”.

Later on, the corporate office sent us a lease renewal, but then the property manager called us in office to say that it was sent by “mistake” and they will not renew to us, and they don’t need to say why!

Myself and my kids are living through this stress now and been trying to work with them to renew but no luck. Just look at their reviews and you can know why’s this place will be a trap to you and your family!

We will still fight this rude attitude and will do our best to stop this behavior from the leasing team! Having lived in 3 similar apartment communities in downtown Boston and a nearby competitor in Quincy over the past 10 years combined, I can tell you that the quality/professionalism of staffing and level of dedication/detail to this property is nearly second-to-none.

The property manager is on their A-Game 24/7 and so is Leasing. These are some of the most hospitable team members I have ever been privileged to be a tenant under.

Maintenance? They’ll be at your door before you know it. This was such a game-changer compared to the level of services I received at another property proximate to this corridor on I-93.

This staff really makes you feel like you’re at home, always. This community feels more like owning/renting a townhouse than an apartment where you have to constantly worry about what goes on around you.

You are safe here.

This is the most comforting place I have lived since being in the Greater Boston area. It is a hidden gem if you enjoy golfing/visiting Granite Links, direct access to I-93, hiking in the Blue Hills Reservation, having a beautiful pool to bask in during warmer months, or care about having more privacy than a similar type of complex anywhere nearby.

There’s a reason I stay here and likely will - it’s the staff and quality of living. You won’t find that same level of dedication anywhere within 4 miles of proximity.

Lived here for three years. Expect significant rent increases on an already overpriced rental property. Front gate always broken which allows sketchy things to happen. Recently they have had problems with safety (likely due to the front gate) including robberies, motorcycle theft, and illegal gun seizures. Amenities are not that great, you get the gym but the treadmills are constantly out of service for the past three years. Pool is the only nice thing and they recently renovated the area. Repair guys are nice, however appliances are outdated and will breakdown on you. They will attempt to Jerry rig the repairs and avoid replacing as much as they could. I have had to place a repair for the dishwasher, because it would move and was tilted, and to the day I left it was not repaired.

I would have given this place a 3 star maybe, but the leasing office is the most condescending place. Barbara thinks she runs the world and will look down on you at any point she can. They don’t allow you to do things like park around the curve at the entrance, but then proceed to do it themselves. If you get on their bad list, they will start making lease violations out of thin air with no way to argue about it. When I finally put in my intent not to renew, they tried to charge me for a couple of days because they said we never sent them an intent to not renew.
