Lotus and Vine — Local services in Quinlan

After days of desperately searching for a florist that could work with my budget and quicky get SEVERAL arrangements made for a loved ones funeral, I contacted Lotus and Vine and spoke with Ashley. She was eager to listen and take my order. She provided exactly what I wanted/needed and never made me feel like I was a burden to her. Timing for the arrangements was horrible (my fault ONE day). But Ashley made it happen from 20+ miles away from my home when my local florist could not, and I could never be more thankful. In the future, no matter the occasion Ashley will be my FIRST choice for my florist.

The customer service at Lotus and Vine is unbeatable! I had placed an order through a website for a funeral arrangement, and the day before the service I was notified that my order had been cancelled. I reached out to Lotus and Vine and they were more than accommodating. They talked me through options and pricing, offering arrangement ideas and encouraging my own suggestions.
