They are not helpful at all and they give inaccurate information I went in on Sunday to inquire about a new phone guy told me I would need to change my current plan to the more expensive one for the first month. Went to another metro in Rockwall they said no nothing would change on my plan. A mistake occurred when connecting my phone which Rockwall location was so helpful and took initiative on there mistake and helped me over the phone girl at Quinlan metro said I would have to go all the way back to Rockwall that she wasn't able to do anything about it just cause I didn't purchase the phone there. Read moreI came in for LTE internet for home. They sold me a phone plan/phone. Then the phone the sold me was out and I got downgraded. They could not verify ID with Passport even. They could not give me a receipt. I went to use the phone and I can only get around 4MB down and 3up. I never left the store and they still could not return. Asked me to come back tomorrow and speak to manager - same.
