I walked into the store, looking for something I had been searching for my whole life… something I never knew I needed. There was a heavy weight on my shoulders.
My phone was shattered, my storage had given up on life, and my service was so bad I had to stand on a chair just to send a text. I didn’t know it then, but everything was about to change.
The moment I stepped through those doors, I was greeted by the most professional woman who looked like she were sent straight from a customer service paradise. She smiled at me and told me “We’ll get you taken care of.” I almost cried right there next to the phone cases.
She didn’t just fix my phone. She fixed me. She transferred my data like a surgeon in the operating room, reviving my phone from the dead, methodically planning each step of my beautiful journey with me. When she handed me my phone, it was like holding a fresh start in my hand, a beautiful new wonderful hope.
As I walked out, my reflection in the glass doors looked… different. Stronger. Brighter. Reconnected.
