Let me preface this review by stating that I've been ordering here for years. It's usually pretty good as far as Pizza Hut is concerned. They bizarrely seem to not have the same national specials at the same time as the other local locations. I've noticed that sometimes you have to go to either Canton or Emory to get the current promotional pizzas. They just don't show up in the app at this location. But other than that, they're usually pretty decent. Tonight however was probably the worst Pizza Hut experience I've ever had. We ordered 2 Big New Yorker Pizzas through the app and headed to pick them up. Once we arrived we noticed that the drive-through was full. That's not usually the case at this location, but we figured maybe we weren't the only ones who didn't feel like cooking tonight. We sat in line for about 10 minutes. Not a huge deal. Places out this way tend to be kinda slow. The disappointment however wasn't in the wait, but the food. The pizzas we received are the worst pizzas we've ever gotten...from anywhere. They were both under-sauced, under-cheesed and horribly overcooked. They are so overcooked that you can't even taste the sauce. The icing on the cake though was the blonde hair that my wife picked out of her slice. Guess they wanted to make up for the lack of cheese and sauce. So reading the entirety of the situation (long line, overcooked, under prepared pizzas) it's pretty obvious that the crew probably isn't to blame. From the drive through window I could only see one employee, so it's highly likely he was in there fighting for his life because they're understaffed. I thought about calling and complaining, but what's the point? Things like this aren't usually a crew issue, but rather awful management, bad training, poor operating skills etc. If you want good pizza out here, try Lugi's. We would have ordered from there, but they're closed on Monday. This'll be the last time we spend any money at this place, until they get their act together. Most Americans can't afford to throw 30+ dollars away on a meal they...
Read morePizza is so rich in oil I though about selling it ExxonMobil. "Would you like a little bit of Pizza with your Grease" should be their new sells slogan. That definitely would have all the Quinlan Whales coming from miles. Then you look at the employees. I dont think I've ever not seen them high. They all look like they smoke meth on their breaks. They are very illiterate and do not comprehend English. You tell them one thing they do the other. Ask for something they make it a priority to not give they one thing you asked for to you. I feel like they target me all the time. I hear voices when I go up there even when I'm alone....
Read moreI'd never been to this location so decided to try it because the one in Greenville is fantastic. Well first they failed to give me the special price even though I ordered the special. Then they would not give me a ranch with my wings, they said I had to pay for it...what! I also ordered a side of cheese sticks and asked can I just get the ranch that comes with those and she told me it came with marinara sauce and I could not substitute ranch instead. I don't eat my cheese sticks with marinara. Aside from the fact that they were being super cheap the food was bland and did not taste anything like Pizza Hut. We will...
