Affordable, knowledgeable and honest. Not to mention, punctual. My 5 year old computer just died, and I contacted Tony via their website. I first emailed them around 5:00 pm, and received a response within an hour. Tony was at my home the next day to have a look at my computer. After assessing the damage, he told me the repair would be around $200...which is approaching the cost of a better, brand new computer. He also mentioned that since my computer was too old and does not have enough memory and it is not worth speeding lots of money on old computer. I ended up deciding to pass on the repair, and only paid Tony' $50 appointment fee (which he said he would have waived if I chose to pay for repair). We own a small business and were having computer issues and needed someone to come out as soon as possible. I googled available IT technicians in the area and found Tony. I read all of the reviews and decided to give him a try. He came out within an hour of me calling and fixed our issues within an hour! He was very professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced too. Before he left I also gave him our laptop to take a look at and he fixed that as well and had it back to me within a day. I dropped my laptop and cracked my screen. I took it to Best Buy, since I had originally bought it there, to see if they could fix it. They told me it would be $85 to ship it to their repair facility, a couple hundred more dollars to actually fix it, and that I would get it back in about six weeks. I laughed at them and then called Tony. He told me what it would cost to repair about 30 minutes after I had dropped it off and he confirmed the issue.He then had it back to me as good as new in THREE DAYS! I don't usually write reviews, but I totally recommend him for computer repair. And forget the Best Buy...
