Ordering through DoorDash often means paying more for each item than if you picked it up in-store. Today, I placed a $65 order, and the quality of the food I received was absolutely unacceptable.
I had specifically requested a hand-tossed pizza but received a thin crust instead. Additionally, I ordered three cheeseburgers, a large fry, and zucchini sticks. The way the food was packaged was disgracefulâeverything in the bag was completely smashed. The zucchini sticks and fries were especially bad; they were so crushed together that they were impossible to separate.
When I called the store to address the issue, the employee who answered was indifferent and told me that, since I ordered through DoorDash, it was their problem, not the restaurant's. I expressed my frustration and asked him to inform the owner or manager, but I doubt the message will ever be passed along.

Then we ordered party pizza for our foster sons b day party. Spent $$$ on that. We just ordered again today and had to wait over 2 hours for delivery of our food. (called a couple times too with no apologies or??) Not only did it come COLD but the fish sandwich was MISSING the top BUN. WHY??? When we called to tell them it was missing we were PUT ON HOLD & then told that if we wanted, they would bring us another sandwich BUT of course we'd have to wait and also give them BACK the sandwich that was missing half a BUN. When I got there, Trent (employee) told me it wasnât ready due to âtheir systemâ and that DoorDash would notify me when it was. I left, called my friend, and she immediately sent me a screenshot from DoorDash showing the order was already ready.
I called back less than 2 minutes later, and suddenly Trent said the order was ready. When I asked for the managerâs contact, he claimed he was the manager. I then asked for the ownerâs contact, and he claimed he was the owner as well.
After searching online, I found the sister location and spoke with Tony, the actual owner for both locations, who confirmed Trent is the manager but definitely not the owner. Tony had to stop working the line to take my complaint because Trent refused to acknowledge his mistake or provide proper contact information.
