They have went down hill. I used to love the food here, steak tacos and enchiladas, now every time I order from them or one of my family members do, it's ice cold , or the taste is not good , or they mess up on the order. Today it was both, my mother ordered two plates of enchiladas. They gave her one plate enchiladas and one plate of hard shell tacos with beef n pork tacos in it. I called them and let them know that they messed up and he didn't even offer to fix the problem I had to ask him can she come and get another plate of enchiladas since you guys forgot to give her her enchilada plate and the guy said yes. When my son went to get the second place of enchiladas they were chicken instead of ground beef which they were originally supposed to be they also did not taste good and had no sauce on them. This used to be one of my favorite Mexican places to eat and they have completely changed now. My mom says hers...

This place is not good anymore. We just ordered lengua tacos, side of rice, side of beans, and what was supposed to be a plate of ground beef tacos with rice and beans ended up being just 3 ground beef tacos. The ground beef was dried out and the shells were so hard I felt like I was going to break my teeth. The rice was dry and hard like it was the last left and they had to scrape it from the bottom of the pot. The beans were way to salty. The lengua tacos were asked for cheese on them but we got no cheese and the lengua was disgusting and cold. We paid $28 for some nasty last of the pot food. We won't be back and we live down the street. We will continue to go back to Pico's and we are always satisfied with our food and money worth. If you haven't tried Pico's on 3 mile I highly recommend them. They are way better...

Absolutely horrible. Ordered off doordash. Spent $76 on food and only got 20 bucks worth of the food I ordered. When I called they said they didn't have any of the other food I ordered so they just sent it out 12 tamales short none of the extra salsas and they were out of horchata so they sent jarritos mandarin.... How do you knowingly send out an order that short and not let the customer know that you basically have none of what they ordered.......? And then the food itself was super sloppily put together and thrown in the boxes and wasn't even that great.... there are PLENTY of other Mexican joints around. Trust me go to all those before you...
