I didn’t have the best first experience shopping at this store in Radcliffe. When I first walked in, I noticed they had a nice selection of gently used items and a good variety, which I do appreciate. However, I wouldn’t recommend bringing young children here.
The store has a dog that didn’t seem very friendly—every time my kids were nearby, it barked and growled, which made me uncomfortable. While my child was looking through some toys, the shop owner told me my kid was making a mess. This felt confusing and a bit unfair, especially considering it’s a children’s consignment store where kids are expected to explore a bit.
Later, I had my child go to the back where my husband and son were playing with other items for sale, and that didn’t seem to be an issue. The owner did try to make amends by offering my kids some stickers and snacks, which I appreciated, but overall, the experience still left me...
Read moreEvery time I have tried to go to this store, even when it has said it was open, it is always closed….even with the open sign lit up. You can never say anything to the owner on social media because she will block you from her page and say you were trolling her account. She does not do well with any feedback unless it is praising her. If you don’t agree with her and you voice anything, be prepared to say goodbye to viewing anything on her Facebook page. Also, the labor board and IRS should probably look in to her, because she has posted about looking for help paying below minimum wage ($5.00) but thinks it is ok because she will be paying it under the table with no documentation so it wouldn’t be taxed. I am prepared her to try to rebut any of this but I can find plenty of people who can attest to...
