Ordered bone out wings by phone. When I paid for the wings and got home half of the wings had hardly any Honey BBQ. I should have known better with ALL new crew. No longer allowed to make request on buffet anymore. It's amazing what difference there is in how THIS location has changed since Paul (manager) and one of their best severs Sam leavied. When he ran the three locations customers where always first. No wonder why when I drive by there's anywhere from one to five vehicles there including delivery drivers. When Sam was there she was so good at her job there was customers coming back. Since both leavied I no longer see any of regular customers I used to seeing coming in.

Was there recently for a carryout. When I got to the counter she asked placing an order or picking up. I said placing an order. When she asked for name I gave it to her. She says I have no one under that name. I said because I hadn't placed my order yet. Than she goes though a list of people and their addresses with either my first name or similar to my last that already placed their orders that day. Not to mention past orders.
By the fourth time I had to snap at her after telling her three other times that I'm here to place an order; that I hadn't placed it yet I said "NO LESSON TO ME! I TOLD YOU THREE TIMES ALREADY I HADN'T PLACED AN ORDER; NOW QUITE TRYING TO CHARGE SOMEONE ELSE ORDER ON ME (which she was trying to do and this has happened on two other occasions) AND JUST TAKE MY ORDER!" She like well I don't have your oder in our system; not even a past history. I said lady you don't have me in there because you're trying to pass someone else order on me instead of taking my order. You're not even listening to what I'm telling you. Either take my order or I'm going somewhere else.
I ended up doing just that. I leaived feeling angry and upset. I'm not paying for something I didn't order let alone paying for someone else and not getting mine ordered. I was going to get a single pizza and she was trying to get me to pay someone else whom has a $30 to $45 dollar order why not allowing me to placing mine.
I don't get what her deal is in trying to get me to paying and accepting someone else order? She doesn't even listen to customers when telling her I haven't placed my order yet and that's why you don't have it in your system and was angry with her for not listening and trying to charge someone else order 2 other times in less than a ten day period. How many times am I suppose to tell her nicely before it registers let alone before...
Read moreFirst, the good things,
The facility is maintained and clean, including the restrooms, and the pizza is quite similar to Pizza Hut pizza of fifty years ago.
There is ample free parking and handicapped parking is provided.
Our order was ready in a reasonable time and. The pizza was as expected.
And now the not so good things,
The menu is limited, no salads, breadstucks, or desserts.
The atmosphere might get a better rating except for the lack of customers. This place was empty except for one table and deadly silent. No background music or jukebox.
Not even the normal behind the scenes sounds of a busy restaurant kitchen.
This Pizza Hut has the ambiance and atmosphere of a morgue.
The service rated poorly only because it was nearly non-existent. There was only one employee visible during our visit, and she was polite and helpful, but no table service is offered.. The single employee took our order at the entrance and payment is expected when the order is taken. She handed us two bottled soft drinks and our interaction with her was concluded until she brought a pizza to our table.
The employee brought a single pizza to our table, with paper plates, plastic forks and paper napkins.
We had no other contact with her or any other employee, just one quick trip to our table and no further contact.
There are no menus! Only one menu at the counter at the entrance where we placed the order and it was difficult to read due to glare from a light over the counter.
There is no ice available! The employee told us that the ice maker has been out of service for a long time and they can't afford to get it repaired or replaced.
Soft drinks are served in plastic bottles as one would buy at a grocery store, and there are no glasses or paper cups or straws furnished, and no drink refills. The drinks were moderately cool when when given to us at the couter when we placed our order.
No coffee, hot or iced tea is available and no beer is available. The employee told us that their alcoholic beverage license expired and management didn't renew it.
There are no condiments on the tables, no Parmesan cheese or hot peppers, salt or pepper. Only an empty condiment carrier on each table.
This restaurant is represented as a "Pizza Hut Classic" and the decor is similar to Pizza Huts of long ago, but the dining experience falls far short of of the original Pizza Huts.
Everything considered, my two star rating...
Read moreIf I could put zero stars, that is how it would be rated. This pizza hut should be closed down! My husband is in a wheelchair, we couldn't get into the restaurant because the entrance to the doorway was uneven. I had to actually lift his wheelchair to get him into the restaurant. You would think out of common decency, someone would have came to help, but nope, there was nothing from anyone. We were seated, the waiter was very good, but the manager that was on duty was an absolute jerk. I have other words I could say about him, but i would prefer for this post to stay and not get deleted. Anyway, we were checking prices and different options with the waiter on what we wanted to order. Well the manager ended up putting in the order. We hadn't told them to put the order in, but they did. We told them that we didn't want that order as it was way too expensive. We ended up with that order and it was given to us in boxes. We were dining at the restaurant! Why would we want the order in boxes if we were dining in?! We know they did that so we wouldn't notice that they have us the other order that we hadn't placed. Not once did the manager come to our table, even though he was requested on a few occassions. After a long while of waiting, my husband wheeled himself up to the counter to complain. The manager had told him to take the pizzas and leave. He meant to pay for the pizzas and leave. Why would we pay for what we didn't order?? The threatened to call the police, which there was really no grounds for, but i had no issues with them calling them, for my own protection! Once they came back to our table, they were more or less saying we were going to leave without paying for our drinks. Since we hadn't been asked this by their staff, why would we be thinking about that? I would have had no issues, if we had just been asked to do so. I told them we hadn't touched the pizzas not ordered them, so wouldn't be paying for that part of the order. I didn't appreciate their dishonesty or lack of communication on their part, but paid for our drinks and left. I will not ever patronage the establishment ever in the future and doubt I'll ever eat at not have delivery from them at any point in...
