Mi Casita Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Radcliff

So this is a place we have loved for the last year. Unfortunately, it has been going downhill, with it culminating with the disaster tonight that will make us never go again.

First, we sat there for about 20 minutes before the waiter took our order. They weren't busy, but this has become the norm. We ordered three simple meals, being we had errands to run after. I got three soft beef tacos, my son got the kid's taco meal with fries, and my wife ordered two soft beef tacos with lettuce and tomato, no cheese. It took half an hour to get the food, which wasn't correct. My wife had two tacos caked in cheese. We informed the waiter, and he stated he would fix it. Five minutes later, he comes back out with chicken tacos with lettuce and tomato. Fed up, we once again returned them and cancelled my wife's order. Then, the check comes, and they still charge us for her tacos. We were sick of the entire episode, so we just paid and left. The food might be good when it comes correct, but they can't even get the simple orders right. If you think about eating here, don't. You are better off driving down the road and eating Taco...

Came here on our second visit, as the first visit was pretty good, food wise. They brought out my two year olds plate of chicken nuggets and rice first. I touched the nuggets to see how hot they were. They weren’t very hot. I thought that was strange. I proceeded to break the nuggets in half and all of them were raw. We told the server and he said, “what do you want?” I said, “chicken that isn’t raw.” He didn’t apologize at all. He took the plate and brought out more nuggets-on the SAME plate that the RAW nuggets were on with the same cold rice. Can you say CROSS-CONTAMINATION???? He had us look at them to make sure they were done. Why not have the chicken be checked with a thermometer prior to sending them out to be consumed? We checked and they looked like they were. We had to ask for more rice because I wasn’t going to let my child eat from a plate that had raw chicken on it. Needless to say, the nuggets were not consumed. We paid for the full meal. He offered no discount. I’m super disappointed and will...

Horrible service! I was there 30July2016 and, for starters, it took forever to get a drink. Once they had the drink we wanted to order, the waiter just took off. Didnt see him again for quite some time. Twice I walked to the bartender to get refills for my wife and kids. Should've left. After getting their attention and finally placing the order, the waiter disappears again. No refills, didnt check on us...just waiting. After 1 hr 45 min, i let the manager know we are ready to leave and I would simply pay for the drinks. He assures me the food is coming right out. Ok, so i ask that they make the order "to go." He said he can bring it to the table with boxes so we can box it up. Really??? Are you lacking that much in customer service skills??? You can't even box up our food after we wasted our time here?? Not one person apologized or showed any concern for us, or the other tables that got up and walked out. Will never return...there is no shortage of Mexican restaurants...
