I am someone who barely understands but really loves nail art. I thought I had Gel-X on my nails because I needed one fixed that broke at the JamPacked music fest. I am so glad Crystal was able to fit me in today. I have no idea how it broke, but I learned that I do not have Gel-X on my nails, but rather builder gel. I am so grateful for Crystal's professionalism and nonjudgemental breezy explanations. Her shop is so adorable, so many colors to choose from! I love the art swirls on the wall and the high-heel roller skate painting! The salon was great, the artist was very nice and professional and my nails looked incredible. The bad part is I got them done 2 days before I went on vacation. The day after I had them done one Gelx nail came off. I texted the artist and she was extremely nice and came in at 8 the next morning to fix it before my flight. The problem is a different fell off during the flight and another two nails fell off 2 days later, one of which while I was sleeping. After following Crystal on Instagram for several years, I finally took the plunge and booked myself an appointment. Don't know why I waited so long. My nails have never looked better and even my husband loves every color an design I come home with.
