We are building a new home and the fabricator the supply house offered was not up to the task. The original fabricator struggled with how to do a soapstone fireplace with minimal or no seams. Celine and the team at NCO were highly recommended by a local stone warehouse and they stepped up and delivered a work of art with the soapstone fireplace. Throughout the entire process, they communicated well, maintained a can-do attitude and delivered on some very high expectations, just like they said they would. We had a great experience working with Traci and her team to replace the counter in our master bathroom, which was remodeled due to water damage. Though we originally planned to salvage our existing counters, our backsplash broke during demo and we were unable to get a matching piece to replace it. As a result, we opted for new quartz in a gray color to balance all the white that would be going into the room, and it turned out to be the right move. Our installation was tricky because the size of the fabricated counter was too long to carry up our stairs. They do a fantastic job. My counter top and breakfast bar were installed last week. Each is one piece with no seam. These are large pieces of granite and they are flawless. This company is very efficient and keeps on top of the order. They ensure that the customer is informed at every step.

Traci is absolutely great to work with and very patient. I changed my mind on the type of sink, whether I wanted a granite backsplash and the type of edge.
