I've never met Jennifer Ito, ND in person. I've only had phone consultations. I had done a lot of research on my own on my condition. She endorsed some of what I was already doing, suggested her own approach, introduced new supplements and modalities I would have never known about without her. She would dispel her knowledge, which is deep, and summarize it later in a report for me to have. She uses a dispensary that DOES offer high quality supplements at the lowest prices available (believe me, I've checked). Every time I had a side effect, or didn't adhere to her advice, she never chastised me, she only supported and encouraged me. She's part naturopathic doctor and part counselor. It's been about 2+ years since I began with her, and I wouldn't be doing as well as I am without my numerous phone consults with her. Everything she suggested has improved my condition and me as a person. If I didn't follow certain advice, I did later on and the results validated everything she said. She's amazing! I am a patient, of Jen's, with Crohn's disease, and was not doing well for 2+ years. Jen changed all of it! Not only is she one of the smartest people that I have met, she's the most empathetic. She really WANTS to see you succeed and does everything she can to get you there. My first appointment with her was 90 minutes!!! 90 MINUTES! You'll never get that at a typical physician's office.
