This place doesn’t offer you water !!! They charge for bottle water $1.99 each bottle. No water for free …. And the pricing seems ridiculously expensive ….. the food taste good but portion is less compared to what you pay. They wont let you add any skewers you have to take combos. seems like a trap to make you spend more. the service was bad too. We had to ask for our sides twice before we got them. we asked 3 people to give us the welcome soup but they didnt come . the service made me more sad and the people were not welcoming . they wont talk about the menu enough to help you order. Their food is great! Specially the stew they gave us, it was the same as the stew with the meat, the spices were perfect for us. We ordered a dish named Lamb Bormah. The quantity is really generous, 3 people can easily share this meal. They also have complimentary tea, you need to serve it yourself.

When we visited, the server couldn't explain us the difference between the items on the menu. And the gents washroom was quite messy. Hopefully they will improve these issues.

Overall, recommended 10/10 if you want to try out Yemeni cuisine here in Raleigh. Would love to visit again to try out their...

I ordered a chicken mandi and my husband picked it up. There was a long dark hair under the chicken :( My husband called and took the food back- the manager was super nice and very apologetic. He remade the original order and also gave us another mandi for free. However, the new mandi order I received had another long dark hair mixed in the rice 😭 We visit the garner location frequently and never had this problem.
