Biscuitville — Restaurant in Raleigh

I placed an order today at about 1:00pm (the receipt says 1:14pm, but their clock is about 15 min. off because my refund receipt says 1:56pm and I was inside the other restaurant about 12 minutes away by then.) I think that after I placed my order I watched them serve 50+ people between the counter and window and I went back to the counter after more than about 30 minutes to ask how much longer it would be as they didn’t look to be making my order since I could see the entire kitchen. I asked the Black girl at the counter with the short hair how much longer it would be and she said that she didn’t know. I then, very politely, asked if she could ask. She then went to the White girl that seems like perhaps the manager (maybe), and came back and said it would be a while. I had already waited over around 30 minutes and watched entire groups of people served and many, many cars pass through the drive through that arrived after I did. I asked why? She said they’re trying to clear the drive through which is crazy as more and more cars were always coming in, so it seems they were not going to start my order until after the place closed at 2pm. I got a refund and left empty handed at around 1:35 pm having placed my order at about 1:00pm. The (seemingly) manager that keyed the refund and only offered a meager “sorry.” I left and went to the one on wake forest rd and got my food made fresh in 10 minutes & they were VERY friendly, as I to them; they could teach the one on western a few things.. Customer service on western Blvd biscuitville is absolutely surreal. The cashier got an attitude with me when I politely asked if she could ask when my order would be ready after being skipped soooooo many times. She continued to show attitude when I requested a refund, as if I was the problem & not their absence of service. They literally were not going to serve me/start my order that was placed at about 1:00pm until, by what the cashier seem to describe, until after the place closed at 2pm. Absolutely unfathomable customer service. I don’t THINK (I don’t know honestly) this was the issue, but if I may add, EVERY customer in there, and there were a lot coming and going, was white & im black. A large group & ~50 other customers got their orders & I got nothing. They really just watched me wait there and had seemingly no intent in making my food. I’ve never seen anything like it. Despite the service, I remained very calm, cool, & collected, nicely asked for a refund & was much, much happier with the service i received at the other location. Hopefully this can serve as motivation for them to consider not doing this to anyone else...

Placed order at 10:40. Fries had an insane amount of salt on them. So I asked for fries with no salt and was asked to wait on the other side. The second order of my car didn’t receive their drink. Once I got to the other side of the store, I checked my food. Coffee was old and thick looking and the sandwich was cold. I had checked as soon as I drove to the other side. I walked into the store at 10:44. Asked for a new sandwich. I was given a sandwich and the drink for the second order immediately, but didn’t receive my fries with no salt until 11:03! This is terrible seeing that they made multiple batches of fries while I was standing there. Even another person said their fries were cold while I were standing there. And the drive thru person that asked me to go around and the one taking the order on the inside of the store were talking under their breath after one of them mentioned fries with no salt. This is a shame. All I wanted was my order and make it correct. They made it bigger and more drawn out than it needed to be. Once I got the food it was good, not perfect. But the service is what left a bad taste...

Wonderful service! And really good food at the Western boulevard location. Everyone there is extremely friendly, courteous and diligent. The food is always top notch and they always take the extra step to ensure you have everything you need. It is extremely rare to find all of those qualities within a fast food type restaurant, in 31 years I have found five places that I just love to go to in this is most definitely one of them

Their food never tastes Frozen, or low grade. Their biscuits are fresh and fluffy, as well as Annie other menu item I have tried. They have a large variety for people to choose from as well as being one of the only places that actually serves good pancakes and grits (aside from Flying Biscuit of course, but that's more of a sit-down restaurant)

I live on the opposite side of town and I work about 15 minutes away from the biscuitville on Western boulevard but if I am anywhere in that area I will go a little bit out of my way just to come to...
