Carmazzi Carmel Corn is the best ever! Not one kernel is without flavor. It’s fresh, delicious and soooo tasty! I went to the San Joaquin asparagus festival, paid $20 for a bag of Carmel corn & no lie, maybe 1/3 of the bag was caramel. The rest was all plain, big waste of money! Small mom and pop shop with the biggest flavor of caramel ever! Let me tell you about the chocolate drizzle! To die for! Most people say Chocolate drizzle, and it barely has the taste of chocolate in it. But Carmazzi caramel corn chocolate drizzle is loaded! Sacramento, Fair Oaks, Carmichael, Elk Grove and surrounding areas make it out to this particular place, and your taste buds will be extremely Satisfied! we are going back this weekend for some more. I didn’t even know they were there! I wish I could buy everyone a bag because from that point on you would be completely hooked. I lie not, the best, popcorn you’ll ever...

I swear, we have walked by this lovely shop a dozen times on the way to get food, and the other day, we decided to drop in.

We met the fam and oh my goodness, they are the most amazing, friendly, and fun business owners! I was having a good ole time tasting popcorn and talkin about popcorn. It was so fun!!

I am blown away by the flavors they develop and I am converted. Needless to say, I grew up on that boxed caramel popcorn that is not actually popcorn. This is not that. The popcorn and caramel are so fresh, that the flavors you always hear about when you think of caramel (toasty, nutty butter, sweet aromas of sugary and salty popcorn) and you can literally taste the velvety smoothness of the fresh caramel with each crunchy bite.

We got a few bags for movie night a few days later, and alas, the popcorn vanished well before our date night.

This caramel corn is unmatched by any other! As a picky popcorn connoisseur, I have been ordering caramel and cheese corn shipped from Chicago (I know, that might elicit a “REALLY?” response, but it’s true!) Popcorn is my favorite guilty pleasure. Well, I guess it’s not completely “guilty,” as it’s healthier than some other choices.
