Mas Taco Bar — Restaurant in California

I wish there was a way to give reviews for service and food separately. The only reason this is 2 stars is because the food was awesome. The service was 1 star. I will never return here. You can stop with this or read on to find out why. (Long post ahead, buckle up).. A friend and I visited on a Friday afternoon around 2:30. Not busy. We were seated immediately and given water and utensils. So far so good. Server (Noah) took our order for apps and drinks. The problem started with the appetizer. The server that dropped it off didn't bring plates. We had to flag down someone to get them. No big deal right? Moving on. Noah returns and takes our order. We never see him again.....well, at least not at OUR table. More in a sec. Food comes, all tacos, all delicious. In order of amazing: Bahn mi Shrimp, Korean Fried Chicken, Drunken Chicken, Vietnamese Pork and Battered Fish. This is where it gets bad. We finish, Noah has not checked on us again after 1 "how is everything " right after we got our food. We sit. We try to catch his eye as he checks on EVERY TABLE AROUND US. Nothing. He checks on everyone AGAIN as we attempt to flag him over. We wanted dessert. It is getting laughable now. We literally waited 45 minutes after we finished our food (empty dishes piled in the center with napkins and glasses. Obviously finished) before I managed to finally get him to stop after he AGAIN checked on the table right next to ours and again was prepared to avoid ours. My friend had time to write and send an email with our experience to the company's Contact Us link on the website. As we asked for the check he apologized for seemingly ignoring us but that he was new and he got pretty busy, it wasn't personal (his exact words). When he returned with the check he again said it wasn't personal and invited us back for taco Tuesday when he bartends and he'd get us a margarita. Yeah no. Thanks. I will keep my visits to the Folsom restaurant...

So I made a decision to inspect this out after becoming aware of the midtown location, but remaining in Citrus Levels I didn't intend to deal with driving midtown. I was stired to have a look at their food selection of different tacos. They have one of those food selection builders where you pick whatever you desire and they bring it out. We determined to get chips as well as salsa and it was much more like tostadas as well as salsa, which was a bit odd to me tbh. I most likely wouldn't get it once again. We purchased a number of tacos from the menu and they all range from $3-3.75. They aren't as well terribly huge, but we each purchased 3 as well as felt it was filling sufficient. They appeared quickly as well as our server, Michelle, was really attentive the whole time. The steak and egg is a have to try along with the pork stubborn belly and Oriental chicken.The just factor I docked a star is since we waited concerning 30-40 minutes simply for the churro dessert as well as they were out of one of the sauces that included it.
