Slow lines. This is the only Starbucks the separates their breakfast and sandwiches, from the items underneath the glass case. Expensive drinks. Bathrooms were clean, but the door was problamatic-trying to get it locked with everything else attached to it-on the inside, seemed like I was in an Indiana Jones movie. Connectors for laptops near the bathroom need repaired or replaced-as they are a safety hazzard. A simple piece of tape does not stop customers from trying to use them and then asking my table for a plug in- as sparks were flying out from the wall. I double check with the cashier every time hoping that it won't be mistaken again, but it always is. On top of that I often order decaf, but they almost always serve regular espresso.
Try to understand how frustrating this is for me to have to ask them to remake my drink every time. I feel like an absolute bother and am kind about it, but it can still be...
