I never do reviews and despite the horrible experience that I had with them I still wasn’t going to write a review , until my daughters bed broke as well . I’ve purchased TWO beds from them , I bought my daughters bed a YEAR ago and it JUST broke . She’s only 4 and verrrry petite . It was a full size bed . About 4 months ago from what I thought was a good furniture place I went back to get a bed for myself , when I first got it everything was good they came and set up really fast and on time and then the next day I noticed there was a bunch of paint missing on the head and foot board so I called and they replaced it pretty fast as well (which at the time I thought was great) the second time around they came to install the replacement it was a different guy and he left an old rusty box cutter open on my floor and my two year old brought it to me while I was using the restroom , I know accidents happen so I didn’t make a big deal about that either . But then about 2 months later MY bed BROKE that I paid $500 for so I called and guess what ? I had already used MY warranty for the bed when I had it replaced because THEY gave me a bed with missing paint . The guy said to send pictures to his email to “try and replace it” about two weeks went past that I didn’t hear from him so I decided to just go in and the actual owners were there so I thought to myself oh good maybe they will be able to help me and I cannot believe what happened !!! She totally brushed me off YELLED AT ME and was SOOO rude , she was too busy with the girl she was with cuz she was trying to make a sale . I left crying !! I’ve never received such horrible customer service . And let me tell ya , I’m not a girl who cry’s easily . She should NOT be a business owner . I’m not even going to bother calling to try and get my daughters bed replaced because I don’t want to go through that experience again and get treated...

Long part: Overall, the couple who owns the business are friendly and helpful. However, the hired help who managed the front desk had a poor attitude and low work ethic. I arrived earlier for a simple u-haul rental - pretty much everything was already settled online. I was unaware that this location had yet to set up the self pick up service despite the websites claims. The worker, Dave, rudely brushed me aside and claimed that it was my fault that I had not known. He dallied over another customer who arrived after me and forced me to wait half an hour past my reservation time. Even during my rental return, despite the empty shop, he refused to help me. I did not think I behaved like a rude customer or somehow offended this worker with my simple questions regarding my rental. This behavior made me deeply uncomfortable and dampened my experience at this U-haull dealer. Thank goodness the owners of the business were there to assist me - if it weren't for them, I don't think I'd ever consider...

Now after 1 year, all the furniture is still in great condition and we still love it. We bought 3 bedroom sets, 1 queen size mattress and box spring, sofa and two chairs, coffee table, and nice dining chairs to match our old dining table. We love the microfiber sofa and chairs. They are very comfortable and with nice design. The 3 bedroom sets we bought are beautiful and the price is very reasonable. We are very pleased not only with the furniture we purchased from the store, but also the great customer service we received. The sales person was very patient to help us find the dining chairs that matched our old dining table. Delivery experience was great as well. I posted a note on each bedroom door with the item numbers as what items should go into each room. And the delivery person did exactly what I asked them to do. I would strongly recommend this store.
