This place needs to be condemned. The stairs and upper walkway creak like they are about to give out on you. When you open the door to your room, you are greeted with a strong smell of stale cigarettes and mold. The windows barely close completely and the security lock on the door looks as if it's been broken off a few times and lazily put back on. The paint on the walls is bubbled and peeling off from water damage. Every surface is covered with a thin layer of dust and the baseboards have a layer of grime most of the way around the room. The walls have strands of hair, dirt smudges, and reddish-brown stains running down from the ceiling. Soap scum and body hair cover the shower. The bare floor is peeling up and missing pieces. All the furniture and linens are clearly aged, worn out, chipped, stained, and unstable. Nothing in the room has been updated or replaced in decades, including the TV and sad little minifridge. I didn't even want to sit down on anything, let alone sleep in that bed. The woman at the front desk was nice enough and quick at least. I don't want anyone else to be trapped into reserving a room here without knowing what it's like. The pictures on their website look nothing like the room you are going to get. The rate is also outrageous, considering that clearly none of the profits ever go towards repairs, cleaning, or basic maintenance. The reservations are non-refundable at booking.

Do not stay here. I repeat do not stay here. Had to switch rooms twice just to get away from the bugs that infests this place. These people are slum. They do not clean the rooms, they have brown stains on the walls, mildew in the bathrooms, pee stains and outdated equipment besides the cheap flat screen tv. Bed bugs coming from the headbord and i have pictures to prove it! Rooms smell of must and rotten food. They house homeless there families to get state money because no one in there right mind would pay money to live like that...even if its only for one day. Bums walk the premises at night and sleep on the property. Security is only there till 4 am and does nothing. Not safe at all. Within 48 hours of a one week stay me and my children contracted head lice and had to get rid of all of our belongings. PLEASE BE AWARE. If you dont believe me ask to see one of the rooms and see for yourself. Straight up filth! Dont believe the reviews they posted acting as customers. $70 a night will ruin your life. There are way better hotels on Watt ave that will save you the headache. You have been advised.

Filthy, moldy, homeless sleeping on property, ownership doesn't care. Need I say more? My friend and I booked a room here online after a backpacking trip. We checked in and he used the bathroom to clean up so he could catch his flight. While he was in the bathroom, I saw the sheets had black mildew spots all over them, there was human hair on the sheets and what looked like footprints on them. My buddy came out of the bathroom and showed me the black mold along the baseboard. There was a homeless person sleeping next to our parking space. There were transient people just hanging around the property. We were afraid to leave the car out of our sight. After a few minutes, we checked out. We were denied a refund because we had checked in and "used" the room. Never mind that it was only for a few minutes.

I was staying with a friend and when I got there the first night I went to the front desk and said the room number and said I needed a key they gave it to me no problem but then the next night I went to let the dogs out to potty and the door shut and I realized I didn’t have the room key or my wallet or car keys and when I went to the office they said can’t give me a key since the registered guest is not there and made me wait till my friend came back which was the next morning even though they talked to him on the phone so I had to stay outside all night with nothing with my two dogs because they said he had to be here in person and then a few morning later I left to run errands and I come back to the key not working and look through the window and all the room is made up and all of my stuff is gone so he takes me to lost and found and shows me my stuff but says I have to come back to pick it up 10-6 so I come the next day 10-6 sat and the front desk person says 10-6m-f so I go back the following wed and the maintenance man is watching the front desk and says I have to come back when the front desk person gets back so I came back in an hour and he tells me that they threw away all of my stuff cause it was a bio hazard now you tell me how a $3,500 LV Bag, $200 jumper start box, $100 hair trimmers, the bag even had my front tooth in it and my medication that clearly has my name on the outside of it and they also have my CDL and when I finally was able to speak to the manager his words exactly “I don’t give a f* with anything you have to say, get off my property” so needless to say they are some of the shadiest scamming fraudsters out there and think it’s ok to just keep peoples stuff and not give it back I will never...

This was the worst experience I have had in my 67 year's. The entire place was filthy, had shady people openly doing drugs and the garbage around the parking lot was unbelievable. Once in the room, after being followed by what I would describe as "homeless ' people we had the shock of our lives with the dirty and disgusting smell of cigarettes smoke and unwashed walls, along with a punched in AC unit, that was completely unworkable. The furniture was scared from burns and the walls were black with dirt/mold. This furniture was broken, chair torn open ect. Truly this is an understatement of an UNSAFE environment and more like a half way house environment. Of course we left in a panic and on the way to the office a man punched his truck after arguing with a woman, so we made the decision to leave promptly. I was refused my $126.00 fee and most shocking is I used Priceline before I choose this place. I took pictures and they are the same as other people who have experienced this exact situation. Forget the refund, I just want to tell my truth so another person or person's don't waste time or money. We had a venue we wanted to go to, but this experience was so overwhelming that we...
