Taco Bell — Restaurant in California

Ordered a Dorito taco supreme was given a regular taco with sour creme. Immediately drove back through drive through politely let them know my order was messed up. Cashier said we didn't get it wrong thats what you ordered. Made me giggle so we played the game due to my pettiness. At the time i knew the exact amount, but for a dorito taco its 2.79 my total was 3 and some change no receipt of course. So they continued to state a 1.50 plus 50 cent for sour creme is what i paid for. Anyways I've never seen a worse taco bell. All that happens i pull off with the dorito taco. Open bag and it's broke into the bottom of the chip bag. Anywho it's hilarious i got what i wanted though so i won. I wouldn't advise people to go there if stuff like this would ruin your day. I had no where to go and just craved a taco. Plus you'd have to get cops involved to get me to move out your drive thru. I pull off leave 10 people in their line. Hope nobody was...

EVERY order I get from this Taco Bell is either WRONG, MISSING ITEMS, or NEVER DELIVERED. EVERY ORDER! A perfect record. So why do I continue to order from this Taco Bell? Well, that is a very valid question. Because they are sadly the closest Taco Bell to where I am at. Obviously, Taco Bell will be leaving my diet until I move somewhere far away from this Taco Bell. It is quite clear that a state of collusion exists between Taco Bell and Uber Eats. Taco Bell sends the wrong order or missing items and all Uber Eats is willing to do is credit my account so they get to keep the money despite the fact that I did not get what I ordered. There seems a very definite need for a class action lawsuit here at the very least, because this type of business practice cannot be allowed to go on. It is flat...

Hadn't been to TB in a while, but we were craving their "Chicken Taco Salad". Was very disappointed to discover that they no longer offer Taco Salads (but they replaced it with a Taco BOWL that has all of the Taco salad ingredients just without the yummy tortilla bowl. Was also disappointed to find that they no longer offer the "Seven Layer Burrito". They offered to make me a "seven layer", which I said yes to, but it wasn't the same. The beans were different and there was a weird cheese sauce on it. (I appreciate the effort, but never again). Plus, the burrito wound up costing a lot more than I figured it would cost. Wound up getting the one seven layer burrito and 5 soft tacos and it cost me OVER $18!!!! The manager was great and they WERE helpful, but too much money...
