McClellan Mobile Home & RV Park — Hotel in Citrus Heights

Our breaker trips a lot in our 2014 42ft bighorn 5th wheel but the little trailer next door breaker don't trip your phone gets hacked and your computer, if someone that lives in this RV park comes into your RV uninvited they will not do anything about it we have had things stolen out of out 5th wheel, they want you to write a complaint and then they don't do anything I have wrote up so many complaints I have gave up. In the last 4 months we have replaced a end on our 50 amp cord burned up a 300 dollar power defender 2 AC units a ats unit and they say it's not there problem so I went to some RV repair shops and ask them about it and they said it has to come from the RV park not our RV. Today is 9/13 and our breaker in our RV has tripped three times so far our main breaker inside our RV is about 130 to 140 degrees and we are only running one AC and have tried to unplug anything we can.I think the manager is a good person but the general manager has know glue what she is doing. We had a RV park meeting telling us what all is going to be done in here and there was a lot of things I think one or two of them has been done and this has been about 2 months ago,there is so much more I could say but nothing is...

Lived here from 4/2017 to 01/2018, the rent was reasonable,neighborhood not so great! The gate is closed at night, we went back May 2018 ownership had changed, rental application was ridiculous asking for credit card account numbers,bank account numbers, employer supervisor, and references they wanted me to sign release to send my employer for verification of employment how much,I was Getting paid and if I worked overtime and low much I made when I worked overtime! lady in the office questionable, some guy came in, he was probably a staff member, not impressed with his fowl choice of words, especially when there’s a potential customer in the office. These were people that I didn’t feel safe leaving my information with, such as my Social Security number , employer and financial information, endless to say I walked out. All this for a $600.00 monthly rental R.V. space in a crappy neighborhood, I kept telling her I had lived there before and she very rudely said they had...

The property manager, Phoenix, is absolutely stellar. She’s super kind and is always willing to answer any questions we have. This park is a hidden gem. While the neighboring areas around this park might not be so great, the park remains unaffected thanks to the efforts of management. The people here are friendly and come from all walks of life. I truly enjoy my neighbors. The spaces are well-maintained and so is the park. I always see the maintenance guy out on the golf cart working hard to keep the property clean and functional. He’s also very friendly. The park is very quiet and peaceful at night. Not to mention, location! We’re less than 5 mins from the freeway and not far from downtown.
