Nothing particularly negative toward them but they've been broken into a couple of times Since I've made my order and this has caused the shipping of my items to be considerably slowed down
I have sent an email to the owner and the customer care team and it seems that I am being ignored now that I'm asking for a refund
I would like a refund for my order but nobody has yet to reply to me on either social media such as Instagram I can see that somebody is online through their messaging but every time I send a message I am ignored I have left a couple of messages on some of their post about them looking into their email so that they may be able to see my email but it seems to be now that I'm asking for a refund they are completely ignoring me they have a 30-day refund policy and it's only been 14 days since my purchase so I'm hoping that this all gets resolved and I get a full refund since I have already ordered the products from other websites and have already received them and no longer need products or doubles of what I've already own

Read moreI ordered what was advertised on their site as a "refurbished" Nintendo GameCube. $165.95 plus shipping. When I opened the box, the GameCube had a huge chunk missing from the plastic on the front side. I opened the top where you put in the game disc and it was dirty. Dust and/or dirt all over the inside. Lastly, the game discs wouldn't even read, so it was useless because it couldn't play any games. This was advertised as REFURBISHED. After e-mailing, (since there was no phone # on the website) I received no response, so I got my credit card company involved. Miraculously after I called the credit card company, they returned my email. Sent me a return label to ship the GameCube back. I sent it back, received no correspondence after. Had to email them again about when my refund would be processed. "We can process that for you today!" was their reply, almost a week after receiving the item back. Horrible experience, will NEVER...

When I asked for an update on when my delayed items would ship, I was told they would ship by a certain date. Not only did they not ship by that date, it didn't even ship a week later from said date. They said they would do some digging on what's wrong, but ghosted me for 4 days straight after asking for a refund. During that time I asked for a simple tracking number and they could never provide it even after saying they would, eventually got my refund but the whole process of buying from them and their Black Friday sale has been awful. I'd recommend just paying a little extra on websites like ebay to get retro consoles. Your experience would be far better than buying...
