We went in for a custom wedding ring & had a terrible experience. The jeweler said he didn't like diamonds & then, that he didn't like lab created diamonds (our choice) & then tried a hard sell on an aquamarine. Other reviews raved about his custom work so we were confused by his attitude so we left. He called about 10 minutes later and offered to make my fiance a "deal" on a ring she didn't even want. I can say that this business is an honest one. I will definitely return. I brought my 70-inch pearl necklace in to be restrung. The owner let me know that my necklace did not actually need to be restrung yet. He said that the pearls still felt tight between their knots. Also, what I thought was a fray in the necklace was actually where the finishing knot was tied off. I can now happily wear my necklace again! And I didn't have to pay a dime.
