Starbucks — Restaurant in Rancho Cordova

I went thru drive thru like I always do and it seems on Wednesday the cashier/order taker does not listen or knows MATH. I order 2 kinds of drinks only and tonight was a Venti White Mocha. I pull up to window and I hand her my $5.25 cash. She says I owe her .50 cents more its 5.75 . Look at her and ask when did the prices go up? Her remark was I don't know. I told her I was just here last night and order same item. Well she put in a Venti Mocha instead white mocha then shes trying to give me dollar change back...So since I am an honest person I told her I gave you $5.25 theres is no cash back. Then she tells me I am confusing her!!! Get real here so she hands me my drink and saya its a white Mocha well THE LABEL SAYS VNT MOCHA and its a MOCHA not white one. Did not have time to go back since i was heading to work. The cashier is a petite long black hair teenager. Dont know name but will find out when i go back in morning after I get off work.. This young lady needs to get herself a MATH TUTOR and learn more about the business instead of telling people she dont know. No wonder the 2 cars ahead of me was taking...

Will be avoiding the Arden way store whenever possible - i ordered a latte and black coffee on 10/27/24 at 9:30am and the blonde girl with curly hair was BOTHERED when i asked for a straw and topper for the black coffee, (which, if you’ve ever been burned by, you’ll understand is something you don’t want a repeat of) so much so that she gave a really po’d attitude for me asking for basic stuff saying “anything ELSSSSSSE you want to ask for?”i said “no, thank you” — as she proceeded to adjust the tip jar set by the window. As though motioning “i gave you a straw AND a black coffee topper, so where’s my tip??” Look - i tip the baristas when they either have everything prepped or don't give such an entitled attitude like this person. I was overcharged for a drink when I asked to use the discount on the mobile app for the $3 for any drink(as the app says to do so). I asked for extra cold foam to my iced cm and then was told my total would be $4.25. The barista insisted that I give a tip but the transaction was quick so I didn’t have time to make that option. I go home to check my bank account to see that I’m charged $9.25, (an additional $5 the barista did not tell me I would be charged for). She didn’t give me a receipt at the time of purchase and the discount was not applied. Yes it is only $5 but it’s the principle, in hopes that this incident does not occur again in the future. Can someone reach out and advise this...
