I don't know what to say other than wow, wow, wow. From the office staff, to Dr. Bob who is truly one of a kind. I went to Vegas for my birthday and specifically remember the moment when I was caught in a dust storm and rubbing my eyes. All is fine, I get home Sunday night and wake up next day feeling like razors were under my eyelids. I start calling around eye places and everyone says go to urgent care to get an eye patch. Thinking what's that going to do for me I continue to hunt and come across Dr. Bob's office. They tell me come right in and hopefully we can help you some way some how. I come in have an exam done with Dr. Bob and he says I sliced up my eye pretty good. Instead of an eye patch and telling my not to blink my eye. He says one moment I'm going to get you something. Comes back and tells me I'm going to put a Contact lens in your eye....I look at him with my one good eye and think he's a little crazy. Dr. Bob then explained it acts as a band-aide/barrier. Within Moments of the contact going in was instant relief. IT GETS BETTER! He then tells me swing by tomorrow ill make time for you. I of course am stuck at work all day, around 6:45 that evening I get a call from Dr. Bob saying i didn't see you today. I told him that i was stuck at work till after you closed, and was planning on calling next morning. He said you live close ill meet you at the office now. WHAT PROVIDER EVER DOES THAT?!?!?! I was truly shocked at how great he treats his patients. Bedside manor 20/10. Thank you again Dr. Bob! I truly appreciate you taking the time to care when so many people in this world...

This place seems to struggle to have glasses made in a timely manner first i was told 3 weeks 3 weeks comes and gos then im informed there was a problem and the lenses were rejected so i was told they will request overnight them and sometime thefolling week so were at a month now i call this morning to see if they have arrived the day i was told to expect them and it was the 3rd disappointment telling me sometime at the end of the week so now its over a month just one excuse after an other they dont do any of the work it farmed out to other companies that are secretive they wont say if the company is in this state or even in this country i cant belive the hassel and amount time it takes for glasses I regret choosing this place on top of all that tgey sut the place down for lunch for a hour every day unbelievable do not recommend this...

I have been going to see Dr. Bob for a few years now. After some convincing, he suggested I would be a good candidate for lasik surgery. Ever since I had the surgery, he was pretty stern with the follow up appointments. This past weekend I felt pressure in my left eye and had some double vision. I called this morning when they opened to see if they had an appointment. The receptionist asked I’ve I would hold on to chat about squeezing me in to see Dr. Bob. When she came back she had a few slots that I could come in. I went in the afternoon, sat and had an exam.
