Dollar General — Local services in Randleman

This store is by far the most dirty, messy & unorganized Dollar General I have ever seen. What a wreck. I was shocked at how filthy the floors were. There was trash & dirt that hasn't been swept in what looked like weeks or months, and it hasn't been mopped in what looks like years! Stickers stuck in the floor that would've been scraped off a long time ago, but you can tell the floors haven't been cleaned at all in a Very LONG Time. Whoever the managers & district managers are should be ashamed. Maybe the regional & district managers forgot about this location a long time ago? That's what it looks like. They obviously have no pride at all. I was in a hurry to run in to buy a couple of bath towels, when I finally found a shelf with bath towels, there were only 3 large ones, so I had to pick a couple. Then on the way to the counter, I saw another shelf that had more towels to choose from. Very unorganized! The cashiers were friendly. Good place to go to get items when you don't need a trip to the grocery store. The prices are not always better than a grocery store so watch out for that. Lots of items are less expensive. It's usually worth a little extra for the convenience though. Easy in and out. The store is clean and the staff is very helpful. The only problems I had were 1) I couldn't find prices on the items I was there to buy and 2) there was only one register open and several customers were standing in line. The customer who was checking out at the time was having problems getting a debit card to go through so that made it even worse. Eventually another register opened. I would give a higher rating if these issues...

This DG is incredibly messy and the staff are nowhere near the registers when you need them to be. When I walked in, an elderly lady was looking around for someone to come and ring up her purchase, so I tracked someone down in the back and let them know someone was waiting up front. They then proceeded to yell that they would be on their way. I experienced the same thing at checkout myself, and when one of my items (that was sold up front) rung up at the wrong price, the employee them proceeded to rip off the sign that had the price on the item and walked off after handing me my receipt.
