Ring Of Fire Grill — Restaurant in North Carolina

We usually love them but today was horrible. The vegetables are nearly raw and I asked for light onions and extra mushrooms and it's almost no mushrooms and heavy onions. My boyfriend ordered cheese eggs,bacon, grits toast and a pancake this is what he got.The lady taking calls speaks really fast couldn't understand her and obviously she couldn't me either. If you see this please contact me it's the Trogdon order and left my phone number at the restaurant. I haven't responded to the owner's response until now but here it goes. I truly intend to change this review once everything was resolved like you had in the past I haven't for one because it's never been resolved and then you insulted me. My boyfriend and I have been together 10 yrs he's well aware of my name which he tried several times to give but the lady steady tried taking his order instead of listening to what he had to say. Yes it was a miscommunication and the only time I usually have a problem with you guys it's been when you have new help. I replied today because Im coming in today which I feel I really shouldn't after been told basically Im no longer welcome. Moved from out of town recently and this is the first time to eat at the Ring of Fire Grill. Had my black lab with me so after ordering sat out at the picnic tables outside across the parking lot. Lady who took my order brought my food out to me with an extra drink and asked if I needed anything else. I pointed out something and she went back and brought it all the way out again with a smile on her face. Excellent service. And the teriyaki steak with the white sauce was very delicious. I will definitely be visiting this restaurant more. Price was higher than it shows on this site, but basically everyone’s prices have been going up in recent months due to the extreme inflation we are all being subjected to. So my only recommendation would be to correct the menu here. Look forward to dining inside with my wife when she gets down here. Been back two more times since original review. Decent hibachi chicken but my only get up is the inconsistency of portions. Some days the chicken will be loaded up & some days there’s like 8 little bite sized pieces… That pissed me off for the last time. All I get is chicken & rice no veggies. My last few orders were laughable. Won’t be coming back until they actually give you something that’s isn’t all rice.
