I have been calling about furniture I purchase made by his company since November the day after I bought it I called to complain about the craftsmanship of the furniture. I purchased 3 pieces chair sectional and love seat. All three pieces are defective the sectional doesn’t hook together right and one of the cushions will not stay sitting down it’s stuck in the air. All three pieces at puckers and gathers in the material. There is discoloration and scratches in the material on the sofa and chair.Call for six weeks before I ever got any response then was told it was covered under manufactures warranty but now Hughes is refusing to honor The warranty because they have discontinued this particular style. Are you kidding me so swap it with something comparable! So I’m out $2000 because I can return if they won’t give me my money back either. This is straight unethical business practices. Are you not going to Welch on the warranty that you were put on your products. Is...
Read moreI purchased a sleep sofa from Wayfair, (manufactured by Hughes) that after about one a half years, the seems on the two seating cushions started to open up. I called Wayfair, who referred me to Hughes Furniture. which either did not answer their phones or did not respond to voice messages.
I also used the sofa to sleep on for the first time about a year and a half after purchase and found the mattress lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. Worse was the frame was coming apart and the mattress was not even level.
The sofa is unusable as a bed and needs to be replaced. Neither Hughes for Wayfair are willing to stand by their products, other than provide me with a 10% discount on a new purchase.
Wayfair needs to change their advertising to advise their customers that they do not stand by "their" products, they just blame the manufacturer and claim their policy is for one year, regardless of whether the product...

Drive down to the warehouse for loading, which is done by hand, and they may be stacking furniture on top of other furniture so it may take a little while. They have appointments so if you're going to be late, CALL THEM, or become a work-in. There is no detention. Park off to the side so you don't block the doors, and go up the stairs by dock 1 and check in at the window with the filled out form you were given by the guard. The people are nice, so that makes the time you spend here more enjoyable. After loading, you pull out and they seal the trailer and give you paperwork. Then it's back to the guard shack and on...
