It's worth the ride!
I live 27 minutes away from this State Inspection Center, but I decided to give it a shot after consulting with a friend of mine.
Let's say I left at 7:15 am. from home, drove all the way there, and there weren't lines of vehicles waiting. A cranky gentleman got mad đ at me because I could not hear when he said, "Step out of the car." I apologize to him after asking again what he wanted me to do. This was the first time I took a vehicle to have a state inspection, so I was not sure about the protocols. Anyhow, I followed the angry gentleman's instructions, and a second one got inside my vehicle and performed the inspection. It little took around five minutes to get done. 5 đ because it was cold, that gentleman probably did not want to be there, but the second employee saved the day with his courteous mood. I always think working for the government must not be easy, so I somehow understand the first employee.
The service was professional and speedy, I love when getting good services from public and private...

I noticed that nothing was happening. I walked back to my car to find out he didn't know how to start the car. Now a little nervous, I ask him to remove himself. He called over another elderly gentleman. He sits in the car, confused and says he can't drive a stick...car doesn't have a stick. I am getting annoyed and my voice is loud. They continue to ask me to stand on the wall. Now it gets interesting. Another employee sees the activity, comes over and says, "Sir, I handle your type of cars all the time." The woman, Stacey, gets in my car, starts it, moves it through the process with ease. I want to thank her and she should be acknowledged for her professionalism and ability to defuse a conflict. The other two agents, need remedial education at least. I will ask for and bring my car in the future for...
Read moreAn employee named Jim was EXTREMELY rude and condescending. He yelled at me stating that I wasn't following directions even though I was simply listening quietly has he spoke. He became irate, pointed his finger in my face and demanded that I get out of his lane. I replied by asking that he retrieve his manager. When I asked the manager if I could file a formal complaint, he replied "I will take care of it." He did not provide me with ANY documentation regarding his employee's unprofessional conduct. I am absolutely disgusted with the service at...
