Update​: I no longer use this shop. I went in for a basic oil change just prior to going out of town. I was assured at check out the car was in tip top shape. Got just out of town and realized that they hadn't reset the dashboard oil change needed light. So I called.. They then proceeded to inform me my car would not make it on the trip as it needed a tie rod replaced... I'm sorry but I had the car looked over and the parts fixed elsewhere. If you can't properly check out a client without creating unnecessary drama and your staff make it look like you're either incompetent or out to grab some fast cash... You don't need...
