Stopped for lunch. (First timers) Was not disappointed! We ordered the Thursday special which was a basket of wings and fries for 8.25, very reasonable. And the classic cheese burger! Both were delicious, the wings are big and tender (not tough) and they come with many options to choose from. We had the traditional wings, tossed with hot honey, they had a little heat to them, but was perfect for me. The cheeseburger was the classic-delicious bar burger with fried onions! YUM-YUM!! Done to perfection! We had a good time conversing with the owners about all the different raffles and actives they have going on, they sound like they are very busy. I’ve been here a couple times since they’ve been open. The food is great, and the bartenders are great, but the owner Heidi, not so much. She is extremely rude to the bartenders as well as customers. Every time I have been there, she has been rude especially towards the people who work for her. Yelling at bartenders in front of customers is extremely unprofessional. And unfortunately I am not the only person who has noticed this. People talk, and many other customers who’ve been there have said the same thing. We were in the area camping and stopped for dinner. It looked like a small town bar from the outside so we expect some looks as we walked in. It was exactly the opposite. They invited my 3 kids (10,12,13), my wife and I in like we were regulars. Staff was very friendly. The waitress who served us was really patient as my family figured out what they wanted to eat.
