I know that the business center does do a lot of different things they ship packages they mail mail they package things for you. They do print jobs. They have wireless Internet and office space rental, jobs as well they do bookbinding and package them to ship all over the world!
They are fantastic at print jobs and office work. They have a notary on site that can notarize anything for you in a matter of minutes. They currently have 4-5 people working at all hours they’re open from 9 o’clock in the morning to 6 o’clock and there’s really never a line. Everyone’s very happy and satisfied in this great place to work. If you need last minute cards and gift packages, you can purchase it there or next-door at the thrift store and they can ship from there as well.
They are constantly growing and do all kinds of business related things!
I work for them as well, part-time in the business center but I also work in the thrift store next-door. They own the thrift store as well and I can personally tell you that the owner Brings in a lot of her own things. She buys products just for the thrift stores just to give people a place to work, and to get our local friends and family the best discounts possible!
In this age of inflation upon us everything costs so much money. From the food we eat to the has we put in our cars.
She’s actually bringing in there brand new items!
She actually works on reducing the prices so that everyone can afford to shop there. Most of the items are brand new and they do have some gently used items. Hence the thrift store theology it’s almost like a thrift store boutique so to speak. They have clothing for male female, children infants and even A plus section, jewelry, housewares, automotive, a pet section and a children’s section with toys/dvds/books. They sell a lot of designer clothes. UGG boots, juicy couture sweatsuits London Fog men’s suits are all the rage right now we have suits that are brand new the blazer dress pants and a dress shirt. All brand new still have the tags on them all priceed for five dollars can’t beat that anywhere so I urge you if you have a second to stop by and give the business center a chance and let them package something and ship it out for you or just stop by the thrift store and see us we’d love to have you over. currently we’re only open about two days a week which I’m working myself we’re open from 10 o’clock in the morning to 4 o’clock. I tried to work as many days as I can but being disabled I’m only allowed to work like 3 days. Our schedule is posted...
Read moreEDIT2, now that I've done my "research": Because this is a regular service I seek out, it was time for me to again obtain 50 copies B&W double sided. Today it cost me $14.22 at another location which is what I usually pay for this service at various locations (including your own in the past). For comparison, your business charged me $21.40 for the exact same service in our most recent transaction. So not only are you price gouging your customers, you are lying about it in your reviews. Shame on you.
EDIT, to the owner’s response: No other business charges the way you do for double-sided copies. That is incorrect, so you are engaging in unfair pricing. I am still NOT using 100 copies worth of paper... I’m using 50 copies worth of paper and should be charged accordingly. You’re also more expensive than your competitors already, but you’re raising your prices? Well that seems like a solid way to kill that service. I didn’t ask for the cost ahead of time at this visit because I’ve gotten this service at your location several times before. How was I supposed to know that you were going to charge in two completely different manners between one visit and the next? That said, all of your responses to negative reviews seem to fit a pattern. I’ll be sure to let my neighbors know how you treat your patrons and to not give you their business either.
ORIGINAL: I needed 50 BW copies, double-sided. I was charged for 100 single-sided BW copies. When I asked the cashier about it (because they’ve never charged me that high a fee before and I’ve been there several times for the same request) she said that’s how they should be charging me. But why though? Yes, I’m consuming 100 copies worth of ink... but I’m only consuming HALF (50 copies worth of) the paper. The price should therefore be somewhere between 50 single-sided BW copies and 100 single-sided BW copies.
So either you’re engaging in unfair pricing for services or your staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. Very disappointing. I won’t be using your...
Read moreThis is NOT a business center and they don’t offer printing services like fed ex. I just needed to print something from a computer. Office is small, disorganized, and cluttered. I saw a separate glass door that had what looked like desks where they usually have computers, and since the printers were outside the door I walked thru it, saw that they were offices for rent (no computers) and the lady behind the counter cane back to scold me for going back there, when no thanks to her, I had already figured out I was in the wrong place. She did not greet me or even look up when I walked in, she was assisting someone but an acknowledgement takes less than a second. She ordered me to stand in a certain place next the counter like I was a child. I asked if she had printing services and she cut me off with a quick yes, stand here. I asked again if they offered printing FROM A COMPUTER. She said no. Maybe find out what I need before ordering me around next time, and clean the store so it doesn’t resemble a uhaul rental place, and clearly mark and oh I don’t know... lock doors you don’t want clients walking thru. Will...
