Only giving one start because I have to. I went in to start service on the 12th and paid my deposit. I was scheduled for hook up on the 15, that Thursday. Well no one ever showed, so I called the company and they said they would be of the following day. So I took off work again to be home so I could wait. By 12 no one still showed so I called back. " there running a little behind so between 2 and 4 someone should be out. 5 or clock comes along no one. So I call once again this time ,they'll be out Saturday. So Saturday comes and the same thing again. Now they'll be out Monday. Monday no one once again I called about 2 o clock and was told that dispatch was en route, 2 hours go by so I call back. They say that I have no scheduled order for that day. WHAT??? I just talked to someone 2 hours ago. So now they'll come Tuesday. As you can guess it's now Friday and I am still waiting just got off the phone with them and now they say it could be anywhere from now to 28th if something opens up. This company is a joke. Customer service knows nothing. I talked to 3 supervisors and when I asked for anyone higher up they aid they have no numbers for the corporate office. I most likely will find and go with another provider. I've never dealt with a more unprofessional company. Especially after not fitting me in in a more timely manner since they are the ones who messed up and kept missing my scheduled appointments.

So i got my first bill and had charges for services i didnt have and theres nothing they can do because it SAYS i have the services. Which i do NOT. They were supposed to give a credit to my account for being so late with installation and now they dont see where i have one and now they have to submit a request which could take up too 3 months. It gets better...everytime I have to call them they shock me more 😠 After ordering new sevice, and told someone had to be home and taking whole day off. Sevice never came. Took 5 days. Then was told no tech was coming ups box was...then when it did come it didnt work. I called to cancel service and was told to ''work with them" and promised one month free 👎 i had to wait 9 more days..for tech. Recieved bill, STILL services not working. No credit and no internet. So after tech came I called and another hour on phone the one month was credit to my account but....my services didn't start for weeks. So trying to explain....transferred explaining yet again...asking for them to start my bill as of day services worked. Lady argues with me telling me i got a credit!!! Finially they offer take my start date to MY START DATE and then i get online again only the one credit. Which i was given as a "don't leave us wave" not the 3 week credit for no services. So basically I didnt get a credit. I had to call several times for several reasons. No tech showing up, no ups equipment yet. Everytime they are rude and DONT care about your frustration or try to accommodate you. Needless to say 1.3 star review online speaks volumes. I wish i would of knew that before services. I am truly considering paying early fee to be done. And today is day one of services working. Yet I had 110$ bill for just internet. After credit still 60$ paying for month and my services just started. I literally get so angry when i got to call in for their screw ups. Read moreFeb 3 called in to price service they quoted me $30.00 for 17 mbps after running my social security info for deposit. They stated they you would be out to install it on the 15th of feb . So I was not able to be there so i paid a friend to be there . We were told they would be there between 8 and 12 . Come 12pm i called customer service which they stated they would still be out . Come 2pm still no one showed up . So once again I called in to see whats going on . I was then told my order was not assigned . So that was the 1st no call no show . I talked to a supervisor at that time Penny . She stated that she would call me back. So i waited for her call 2 hrs later she called said we could set up another install for the 16th of feb after 2pm till 5 so my wife stayed home for that install . Come 520ish No call no show for the 2nd time . So I called Penny said we can get someone out that Friday said i have to work to push it back till that Monday . She replied she would see what she could do . So Wednesday and Thursday I missed her call so I called in to customer service was told they were doing the install that Friday. I stated to them that I had to work . The rep asked what if we call you when the tec was on thier way . So come 5 pm I called in again for a 3rd no call no show again! So they stated they would figure out whats going on and call me back. So come the 28th a rep calls at 1230 says we cant get you 17mpbs but we can get you 3mpbs ,which isn't what we agreed on .
