We had one of the worst dining experiences at this hibachi restaurant in Rawlins. On 08/10/2025 around 7:45 PM, even though we asked for no âshowâ performance, the chef still attempted one. During that show, his spatula slipped, shattered my drink glass, and spilled my drink all over me while my baby was sitting right next to me. This could have caused serious injury and was a completely unsafe and unprofessional situation.
The immediate response from the staff was unacceptable â their attitude was dismissive, irresponsible, and showed no concern for the safety of their customers. To make matters worse, they even charged me for the spoiled drink that was spilled all over me.
The management has also handled this situation very poorly. Instead of taking accountability, showing concern, and working quickly to resolve the matter, they have been unresponsive, unhelpful, and unwilling to take reasonable responsibility.
As a customer with a baby involved in this dangerous incident, I expected professionalism, empathy, and proper follow-up. Instead, Iâve been forced to chase them for even basic communication, request that video footage be preserved, and ask for their liability insurance information.
This is not how any business should treat its guests, especially when their own negligence created the problem. Because of their lack of accountability and unwillingness to handle the matter properly, I will now be taking this...
Read morePlease donât mind my sons âfakeâ smile lol. The food was REAL good. We popped in from OTR on Fatherâs Day and couldnât have had a better time. The hibachi was delicious and our host/chef was amazing. Iâm a bit on the shy side but they do know how to work around that. Lol I had a great time. From the moment we arrived this man was upset about his food order not being ready in 5 minutes (unrealistic). It was at that moment I thought âdamn this is gonna be goodâ lmao. We were promptly greeted and seated. Straight to the point. My husband got to spin the wheel and won a free appetizer for Fatherâs Day. How nice? I had the Hawaiian drink. Delish. Lobster and salmon. The portion to price ratio was spot on. All the food is gone. Thatâs it thatâs the end of my review. Lol I always thought Wyoming was a bit weird but this restaurant is absolutely amazing and they definitely made me think differently. I think this might be the ONLY place I ever visit again if we should pass this way in the future. Thatâs it. Donât @ me. Lol. Thank you again Ichiban for the scrumptious food. Fine decor and amazing ambiance and atmosphere. It was definitely an...
Read moreYes. Stop during your drive to eat here, it's 100% worth it. The hype is real. 10's across the board.
Hibachi is a treat we like to do as a family and we've eaten at many locations in NYC and California and THIS PLACE is hands down THE BEST.
Who knew Wyoming would have hibachi we'd talk about for weeks to come? The food was delicious.
Excellent customer service and very kid friendly. They even had the kid friendly chop sticks set up with rubber bands, cotton candy for the kids after dinner (if you are all your veggies), AND a box of balloons animals. There was space for my toddler to walk around after he lost interest in the meal.
The chef was professional, fast, funny, and had tricks we've never seen. The ambiance is elegant and the place is beautiful. You want to be there. Very comfortable.
We didn't notice the huge red sumo wrestler until we left and that was the best ending to the night, besides the beautiful landscape that is Wyoming.
It was worth the stop to break up our drive, fill our bellies, and make our journey to Yellowstone memorable. ...
