I've been going to Natural or Not Salon for about a year now for my eyebrow waxings and have not had a bad experience yet. However, today the Natural or Not team blew it out of the water! My daughter and I went in yesterday for manis & pedis with Corrine and Dahlia for an event this weekend. Both girls did such a fantastic job on our nails, but when I got home I noticed that the color that I had gotten was not what I thought it would be. And when we went back this afternoon for our eyebrow waxings (couldn't fit them in yesterday due to time restriction) Corrine was so awesome to change my nail color even though she was so busy! I had a coupon and they had extended hours, which is competitive with the franchises such as Great Clips. Friendly staff. If the small dogs know you, they will interact with people. Even though I got a great haircut to my specifications, the stylist did yank and pull my hair a bit much. I guess I am use to stylists being so easy going I sometimes fall asleep or I feel like I am getting my scalp and head massaged. She, the hair stylist, was friendly and actually showed concern when I said I was tied from working all day. I thought I heard they offer massages, but you may have to call about that.
