I love this boutique and I love the clothes and selection that is 5 stars worthy, however I'm very disappointed that the young girl working at noon did not even say hello when I walked in, never asked if she could help me find anything, never looked at what I was carrying to see if the store had something that would go with what I was holding. I actually asked a customer for her opinion and to help me choose between two more items. Excellent customer service equals more sales and happier customer and more referrals. Took a ride to Rayne, La. to check out LondonEE & Co.! With Mardi Gras coming, I was looking for something different and "really cute!" This place had it all! Cute everything! Not just Mardi Gras clothing, but everyday clothing! Along with shoes, jewelry, hats,perfume,candles, etc.! The ladies running the shop were very attentive and made us feel like we were priority! The boutique has several different styles! I stop by occasionally during my lunch break at the Opelousas location. The customer service at this location is horrible. One of the employees at this location isn’t friendly or inviting. She barley speaks to customer who are not of Caucasian race. I have witnessed this on numerous occasions.
