Had a day off and decided to take a ride. Coming from Canton I was looking forward to checking out Burlington as they almost always come through in clutch when it comes to comfortable and affordable clothes. I picked up a sweater for me and a really nice shawl I know my wife would like and proceeded to get the checkout line. The store itself was considerably empty. I got to the checkout and I was next. There were 2 attendants talking behind the counter almost as if I wasn’t there. So I let a minute or two go as “hey, maybe it’s me?” Until one looked up, rolled her eyes and when back to conversation then mumbled something, put on her coat and walked away. The other attendant said nothing. Another customer came up behind me and I let her go ahead. She waited as well…
I smiled , put the garments back exactly were they were and left. Now anyone who normally shops at any Burlington would tell you have patience because of the long checkout line but this time there was literally no one in the line, it was just the sheer rudeness of the store attendees that just didn’t care and was using thier “hey they can wait till I’m ready” attitude
Customer service is just that. I’m sure when they are in the same situation they would’ve reacted the same way but probably worse. Just disappointing altogether.
Thanks for nothing. Please do better . It’s not that serious that you you had to be intentionally ignorant knowing you had the time to. Really liked to have made...
Read moreAwful customer service. The cashier that was ringing me out was talking to the other cashier the whole time. I bought two large bags of things and at the end, she handed me one big bag, and I was thinking everything was there. I got home and realized half my stuff wasn’t there. I went back to the store to pick it up and mentioned to one of the workers that the cashier was talking the whole time. I mentioned, maybe there should be some retraining on customer service and being professional and the response I got was “oh ok”. Spent $300 there and I feel like I should’ve went...
Read moreDressing room is extremely unorganized. There is never an attendant there so there’s no direction.
Was leaving the dressing room and there was nowhere to put my unwanted items that I tried on. All the racks were FULL and clothes everywhere.
Then Joanne, assume she was the manager, came around the corner and I asked her where I should put my item. She gave me an inpatient glare and just took the clothes from my arms! I said thank you but she kept staring at me as if I was inconveniencing her.. I asked if she was okay. Very weird and impatient lady.
Clean your...
