Taco Bell — Restaurant in Raynham

Absolutely terrible service, repeatedly either gave us the wrong order or didnt include parts of the order. Beyond which the staff I'm pretty sure is always high or ready to quit because they are either in deep space or completely devoid of happiness. The bathrooms are of a quality less than that of the new York subway system, dirty full of flies with the mirror riped off the wall and holes in the stall. We have given repeated chances to this location but most recently we visited to order a 5 dollar box. After realizing we forgot to ask that the tacos be soft tacos instead of crunchy my girlfriend politely asked "sorry to be a pain but could you make the tacos soft tacos." The bloodshot-eyed employee stared back for an awkward 15 seconds before saying "we already made it." We asked if he could cancel the order and he shouted to the kitchen "yo, dont make that one cancel it." We drove off confused and angry. Taco Bell is not a Michelin star restaurant so speed and customer service make a big difference. And general cleanliness of the restaurant makes an impact. This restaurant has a lot of work to be done before I'll return...

My experience this was ok....I ordered a few tacos and a few orders of the$1 chips & cheese and was missing some tacos and the ones I did get weren't made the way I ordered them..... and I was not only missing some orders of my chips N cheese but I didn't even get any cheese :( .... they also tried handing me a drink which I didn't even order a drink... silly me should have know to check my order before leaving the window ever though I'm reality you really shouldn't have to check your order.... but the employees were great....well until I tried calling after I left and there wasn't any answer but considering the line was wrapped around the building basically that's probably why...so I had to throw it away and go find something else to eat before work because I even drove back and the line was...

Really wish Taco Bell employees would take more care and consideration to actually making a food order properly. I ordered a crunch wrap with beans instead of beef. I normally always check my food before eating, but of course this time I didn't... After a few bites I realized I was eating beef and definitely not the beans I ordered. Disappointing doesn't even begin to describe this experience considering I haven't eaten beef in 3 and a half years. I was so sick I had to miss work the following day. I don't care if you are a 5 star restaurant or a fast food chain, a customer should get what they order. Especially when you give them the option to make substitutions on your menu. This is the last straw for me with Taco Bell. I will never eat...
