I had the BEST experience at Elyse Jewelers! It is the only jewelry store I will use moving forward.

After visiting numerous high end jewelry stores in the area, I was frustrated and underwhelmed by their sapphire selections. More often than not, these high end jewelry stores treated me as though I was an inconvenience for requesting that they find me additional sapphires to view for my engagement ring.

From the moment I walked into Elyse Jewelers, I was treated like royalty! Richard and Isobel were so professional, personable, and compassionate. I told them what I was looking for in a sapphire and ideas about a setting.

Within hours Richard had half a dozen sapphires for me to view that knocked my socks off! I was beyond impressed! We spent some time going over sapphires and potential setting ideas. Never once did I feel rushed or pressured. I found the perfect sapphire, in a setting more beautiful than I ever imagined. All the while staying within my price range.

The passion and craftsmanship for all his jewelry is reflected in the superb quality of all his pieces. I am so grateful that I found Elyse Jewelers! They made what I expected to be a stressful and nerve wracking experience with lots of negotiating and settling... into a pressure free, seamless, and enjoyable experience.

We found Elyse Jewelers by accident - I just googled and they came up - but it is one of the most happy accidents I can imagine. My now-husband and I went to Elyse earlier this year looking for an engagement ring. It was our first time meeting Richard (the owner), and we were understandably a little nervous and excited about buying a ring. Even though we had both been married and bought other jewelry before, neither of us had ever had the experience like the one that day - Richard sat with us for half an hour and explained everything there was to know about diamonds. And then he found the perfect stone for me that day - and the setting is just incredible. The most common comment I hear is - "your ring is stunning." Richard and Isobel both helped us with my husband's ring - which is gorgeous and comfortable for him - and then helped me out with other jewelry for our wedding day. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Elyse Fine Jewelers. My fiance brought my grandmother's diamond to Richard to reset into a new ring. When you have a family stone, you want to work with a jeweler you trust, and Richard was exactly that. Not only he take care of my grandmother's diamond through his work as a jeweler and reset the diamond into an absolutely beautiful setting, he also encouraged my fiance to get the stone certified (which made my mother extremely happy!). Although I did not work directly with Richard, my fiance said it was an easy, comfortable, and time efficient experience. Furthermore, Richard is clearly knowledgeable about his work, including stones and settings. I could not love my ring more!
