I was in the Redsprings, NC location. I had lost my receipt for item I purchase, Jessica and Arleen, were the best! They went beyond the call of duty to help me with my returns and got the part i needed. They didn't have to do what they did. It was the best experiance with Auto Zone ever. Went to get a new battery only because it was a auto zone brand. There were 6 people standing around talking. After standing for a few minutes listening to them joking around, a lady asked if I needed help. I gave her my old battery but no luck getting another one.
