KFC — Restaurant in Red Springs

Came by here after shopping at Food Lion. It's been a while I had KFC. Went through drive-thru, ordered their 3pcs. Chicken box meal with 2 sides. Ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac and cheese. My friend ordered their BBQ chicken tenders, a side of LARGE fries and 4 extra biscuits. When we got to the window, I asked to make sure they gave me extra crispy chicken, and they did. We double checked our order, and I see they gave us 2 mashed potatoes and a regular (small) fries. Friend didn't want to go back...I told her I paid for what I want not what they gave us. So I went in and told them their mistake, staff was nice, apologized and gave me a Mac and cheese, and large fries. She told me to keep the extra mashed potatoes and small fries. I'm impressed, the staff was not rude nor argued with me about their mistake. Now that's Customer Service! I gave them 4 stars because their chicken were too small guess everyone's cutting back on portions but charging us a whopper...

Wasn't please with the meal. I ordered a 3 pcs. meal with a side of Mac and cheese. Asked for extra crispy. When I got home the chicken dark meat were so tiny I swore I thought it was a quail. They gave me original recipe and I could tell it wasn't fresh and it had been sitting in the warmer. My sprite was supposed to have been no ice, instead the whole cup was all ice and barely any Sprite. Is it me or is every fast food in Red Springs have issues? The staff was nice though I guess that's why I have...

I love me some KFC. The food is delicious. I mostly get the KFC bowl and a side of cole slaw. Wish it was a bigger bowl cause it is so delicious. The chicken is cooked to perfection. Wish they would come back out with the twister wrap. That was my favorite food. I literally would get one everyday. I love using the app and earning points...
