Yall already screwed me and sold me a 170k mile clapped out Honda accord at 2x market value, had to replace motor, transmission , and clutch kit at my own expense even tho the clutch went out IMMEDIATELY after purchase and yall sold me an imaginary warranty cause the warranty didn’t cover ANYTHING that happened with this car….now your service department can’t answer after yall did my oil change and didn’t even put enough oil in the car for it to reach the “minimum” line on the dipstick?!?!?!?! What a joke this place is! Just look at this mis match color body panel having pos I’m paying $28k for….. meanwhile the current market value of a 1 owner 2014 honda accord like mine but in BRNAD NEW condition with less than 40k miles is only $17k. I’m paying $28k for a clapped out one with over 200k miles ?!?!?!?!?! traction control lights started coming on the same day I left the dealership with it and they wouldn’t even do anything about it even though the car had a warranty and the brake pads went out a week later and the clutch started slipping about 2 weeks after that. Warranty didn’t cover ANY OF IT. This is what the car looks like after I have made many cosmetic improvements and dumped big money into this thing and it still rides like a bucket and looks like a crack rental. Responding saying you sold me this POS for 13k is comical when 2017s with matching color body panels, 1 owner, no accidents, less miles, and ALL the luxury options sale for 13k. Mine was a 2013 I’m like the 5th owner it was clapped out and been in like 3 wrecks carfaxs shows yall are an absolute joke and disgrace when it comes to this car and deal. I got screwed, bottom line. This was a 9k car at best the clutch and VSA went out like the following week after purchase. VSA is ALL SAFETY FEATURES. My car has no TC ABS or stability control it’s a literal DEATHTRAP ON WHEELS. A clutch from Honda was like $2,000 and the vsa is like $2,000. Not including installation of the clutch and to calibrate the vsa only certified Honda techs can do that so it’s probably what $1000 just for that not including installation literally just the cost of calibration. The battery voltage sensor was broke when I bought it which made a myriad of electrical issues, all kinds of stuff shorted out I was CONSTANTLY replacing light bulb’s battery’s a $500 alternator, THE ENTIRE RADIO GOT FRIED, my car almost caught on fire COUNTLESS times it’s literally a miracle this car is still on the road and it didn’t result in my death. And now 2nd gear is going out in the transmission. So to date I’ve replaced…A MOTOR, MOTOR MOUNTS, RADIATOR ,ENTIRE CLUTCH ASSEMBLY, THE BRAKES 3 WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE, ALL LIGHTS 2x INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR, VOLTAGE SENSORS, COUNTLESS BATTERIES, THE BACK DRIVER SIDE WHEEL BEARING WAS ALREADY MAKING NOISE WHEN I PUT IT ON THE LIFT TO GET BRAKES CHANGED IMMEDIATELY AFYER PURCHASE, IT STILL NEEDS AN ENTIRE VSA MODULE, IVE PURCHASED ALMOST EVERY SUSPENSION COMPONENT TO REPLACE SOON BECAUSE THATS ALL GOING OUT, A TRANS HAS TO BE PURCHASED NOW $7,000+ NEW FROM HONDA or $4,000 REMANUFACTURED FROM SOME RANDOM UNREPUTABLE COMPANY or $1500+ FOR A USED ONE WITH A MYSTERY AMOUNT OF MILES THAT PROBABLY HAS THE SAME PROBLEM AS THE ONE IM TRYING TO GET RID OF, THE VOLAGE SENSOR HAS WENT OUT AAGGGAAIIINNNN AND THE RADIO GOT FRIED AAGGGAAAIIINNNNN!!!!! Literally the only reason I won’t turn this car into a bonfire for me and the boys viewing pleasure is because I have more invested in this car than my literal f*** house or anything I’ve ever owned for that matter. After the suspension and trans gets installed hopefully I can take atleast a 6 month break from the car actively trying to commit suicide considering that’ll be every single mechanical component on the entire chassis has been replaced it should literally be a brand new car then. I bought a car from carlsons and it turned into a complete rebuild and the most painful part of spending all this money on the car is that fact that it’s still cosmetically CLAPPED OUT I looks like...
Read moreTo start off the experience was pretty good with the girl that I was negotiating with, Taylor was her name, but when I arrived I got put with Alonzo, her boyfriend??? ( that’s what I was told anyway)
When test driving the car there was this hyper flash happening with the blinkers but the sales guy had no clue what it was but would have service look at it (eye roll).
The thing about it is I was purchasing a Tahoe and I am a Dodge guy, so not really up to par with the Chevy controls and systems, and it was a cold day out, heat worked fine and ac seemed to as well but on the first hot day I realized there was no ac working in this thing at all. So now the fun begins.
I schedule a service for a new tire which they knew about and said they had the tire, I was very clear not to put a Mismatched tire on it and gave them the tire name and they assured me they had the right tire. On the schedule were these items TMPS, Tire, Hyper flashing blinker and the AC issue. I let them know I would leave the vehicle there for the week so they could work on it and get it fixed and I would be back next week to pick it up since I’m 1.5 hrs away.Service made it seem like oh yea perfect no problem. They said the only thing that may be an issue is the ac, they would diagnose it but may not have the parts to fix right away, which I was fine with rescheduling for the actual repair. A week later and I come to pick it up and not one tech addressed the ac because service wasn’t sure if this was my cost or their cost was the first excuse then the second was their ac guy was elbows deep in a motor replacement all week and didn’t have time. Why did they change their story you ask, good question, because my response to them is I’ve only had the car for 3 weeks to be sure y’all aren’t selling me a car with no ac?? That’s why they changed it to being a busy tech.
The hyper flashing of the tail lights they were not going to address because it cost too much. The tire was replaced with a mismatched.
I mean the service team couldn't even fix the tpms issue after they said they fixed it and were gonna let me drive off, but I noticed it in the parking lot.
(Here’s the thing it was my back right tire that wasn’t communicating but when the tech came out now it was the front driver side, they switched the tires around and wanted me to drive off and come back and they would show where it was a different tire so I would pay for it. I can’t prove that this is what they were doing but that is what the whole run around felt like, and again why did they change the tires around but not fix the issue??? So back to the story): Then they sent a guy out and he's like yeah man we can't get these to communicate, well you already knew that why did they have to lie about it at the service desk and tell me everything was fixed?
They tried to reschedule me for the AC, but I never went back because I keep getting the runaround from them and I can't keep leaving my car up there for a week at a time after I paid for this thing. Yes, the worst experience I ever had...
Read morePLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BUY! Baker Chevrolet is what gives used car dealers and salesmen a negative stereotype. DO NOT BUY A CAR OR TRUCK FROM HERE! I purchased a Chevrolet 3500 Duramax Diesel from this dealer around 7 months ago. The truck had right under 12,000 miles on it. I pulled a Carfax and it came back clean. The truck appeared to be in excellent shape. It was clean and the frame looked brand new. The truck now has around 19k miles. About a month ago I was cleaning the truck and wiping the door jams out when my hand went through the door jam. Rust has eaten most of the door and rear panel as you can see from the photos below. After further inspection under the truck you can see where the undercoating the dealer applied to conceal the rust is also starting to peal back all over. I immediately called Charlie my salesman, he told me he would have his manager call me and he couldn't do anything. After a day and me sending another email Chris the General Manager called. He told me it was a used truck and had been bought at the sale. I said ok, but why was the truck not gone through and where was this inspection you claimed it went through before being sold? Charlie the salesman told me truck looks like it rolled off the showroom. He told me to send him pictures which I did. I did not hear from him for a week finally after messages being left he called back and told me he was going to make it "right" and trade me out. I said ok great. I went online and find a similar work truck. I emailed Charlie and gave him the stock number and told him to get back with numbers. Charlie emailed me back an offered me 16k for the truck. I just paid 24,500 7 months ago. I was taken back. I called Chris the GM and he said that the price of those trucks had dropped at the auction. I laughed and asked him where making this "right" had gone? I am sure if Chris bought his wife a used Tahoe or Suburban from a Chevrolet dealer with 11k miles on it and put his hand through the rear door he would be singing a different tune. I honestly feel the truck is so rusted it is literally dangerous to drive at this point. If someone where to run into the side of the truck there wouldn't be enough strong metal to protect anyone sitting in the passenger seat. The bottom line is the dealer new this truck was rust bucket and sold it anyway. I honestly could see this if I bought this truck from "Bob's used car" dirt lot but I thought I was getting a quality truck by buying from a Chevrolet dealer. For the record I did not expect to get the full $24,500 back for the truck since I did have it for 7 months and 7k miles but I was thinking they would offer somewhere in the $20-$22k money. Not a chance!...
