Dairy Ranch — Restaurant in Red Springs

For being the very first time. I was not too overly impressed. Of course we are in line like everybody else. And we all took turns. But when it came to getting our order. Several of the people that ordered behind this for already taken care of, and had their food. It actually got to the point where I got out of my vehicle and walked up to the window to find out what was taking so long. At that time my food was brought to the window. At that point we pulled over to the side to eat. Are french fries or definitely hot and just made. Are burgers we're both cold like they've been sitting there waiting for the hot fries to get done. The wife's Burger after all that time waiting was not made correctly. But I will say at least mine was made correctly. Just cold as hers was cold also. My wife had been there many many times through her childhood end up till now. It was my very first time since I'm kind of new to the area. It really didn't meet the best expectations. Almost 20 minutes for a cold Burger doesn't set too well. But I'm willing to give it another try, because the fries were fresh and hot. Maybe they just need to get their timing...

Use to be my go to place but at this point I'm fed up with the BS. One week they make fish sandwiches the next week they say they can't do it because their manager says no. One week they can do chicken tenders and fish plate and the next week they can't. Yall literally HAVE IT ON THE MENU that's displayed upfront. TAKE IT DOWN if your NOT going to serve it!! I would say update your menu but I'm sure yall would still do the same thing with serving it this week but...

I have lived in and around Red Springs all my life. I have loved the Dairy Ranch since the first time I got ice cream from there. The customer service is excellent and they care about the people of the community. I have an ice fix that has to be feed and really only this place can fill. I am always recommending this little gem to anyone new...
