Taco Bell — Restaurant in Redford Township

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The girl who is taking my order this evening was very polite, That woz inntil another lady come on the speaker very rudely interrupted her in the middle of taking my order to scream through the order you wanted extra sour cream when the girl had already put my order that I wanted extra sour cream what I wanted It on. I got my order. And they forgot a couple of things I told them before pulled off she gave me the couple of things that were missing. I got down the street to my house which was not far at all My food was absolutely disgusting. My Hard taco was so softe in soggyIt was falling apart from the tap and stuck to the rapper on the bottom remind you I'm less than 5 minutes away from this Taco Bell. My crunch wrap combo that I got My crunchwrap that I got did not even have a hard taco in the middle of it no lettuce no Tomato and a gallon of sour cream on it granted I did ask for little extra sour cream but I didn't know that they would go to the extreme of putting more sour cream then anything else That was a bit Too much. The outer layer of the soft Crunch wrapLook like it was 4 months old. I would not recommend this Taco Bell to anyone ever again let alone me Considering ever to go there again. Went yesterday afternoon for the chicken taco roll box. The line was long, and I was in a hurry. The gentleman that responded at the drive thru was pleasant, but you could hear the stress in his voice. He informed me that he was aline there, and it would take a few minutes to complete the order ahead of me before he would take mine. He was as fast as he could be and got back to me within a reasonable amount of time. When I ordered, I was told what I wanted would take about 4 minutes because he had to cook them. I ordered something else. He was prompt at getting my order together and to me. I did see several people get out of line and leave because it was taking longer than usual. Under the circumstances, I feel the gentleman was doing his best. I know it is all about money, but in a case like that, I don't feel the store should be open. It was a disservice to the customers and the empoyee. The one worker was under tremendous stress and taking the brunt of people being upset over something he had no control over. I am writing this review to give props to the gentleman who was doing his job and staying pleasant and professional under the stress. You deserve...

I was initially unsure about this location as it seems incredibly unorganized and it takes quite a bit of time to get your order. When I was last here, they were taking everyone's orders, having everyone pay, and then having everyone pull up and wait for their orders up past the last window. I don't know if this bypasses the timing scale they have set up for each order so it looks like they are getting everything out on time or what—it doesn't really matter, I just found it to be odd. The staff that I interacted with was friendly and there were no issues with our order being taken or anything like that. After our weirdly long wait (because it definitely wasn't busy) for what little bit of food we had ordered, everything came out correctly (which I was honestly pretty surprised about). With that being said, the food certainly didn't seem very fresh, especially for how long we had to wait. Which was rather disappointing.
