If you are looking for a company that can ship your value products from overseas and then help you with fulfillment of those products you MUST use Worldcraft Logistics. I want to say that I don't write reviews but as a good citizen I felt the duty to do this one for the people in my circumstances to use it. This is my very 1st shipment from overseas and it was very overwhelming. You think you were informed and studied all the possibilities when you embark in a E-commerce product business but ma'am you don't. It has been a roller coaster ride for me and partner. I did not use Worldcarft Logistics to ship it from China to USA and it was big regret. I used the company my Chinese supplier suggested to me and that's why I said it has been a pain process until I find Worldcarft Logistics. This company with no hesitation came to our rescue. EVERY SINGLE person I got in contact with was kind, patient, knowledgeable and eager to help me, after I found them my worries and my stress when away. When you have a product business with the manufacturer located in China or in another country and you put your money and your dreams "on the ocean" you are like a bride-to-be trying to organize her perfect wedding day: VERY STRESSED, VERY WORRIED and VERY IMPATIENT. You need good, kind, nice, patient, helpful people like everybody at Worldcarft Logistics to ease your mind and tell you: "Do not worry, we know what we are doing and you are in good hands." For those business owners who are reading this review I hope you don't look any further and choose this company as you long term partner to help you grow and succeed in your business. And for those in the competency (if any of those are checking why Worldcarft Logistics is getting more customers), my advise is to be aware of who you hire. I will never use the prior shipping company because of ONE employee who was rude, cold, sharp and not helpful. In the other hand, I chose Worldcraft Logistics because ONE employee (Estefany) who was the 1st one who I came in contact with and she was Polite, Charm, a good listener, showed me empathy, and was able and eager to help me right way. Read moreI would look elsewhere for logistics. Worldcraft Logistics provided me weight and dimensions for an LTL shipment, so I scheduled and paid for the pick-up. A day later I'm informed by Worldcraft that the dimensions were an "estimate" and there is only 1 pallet and not 3. They refused to admit they made a mistake or offer any concession -- so I'm out a few hundred dollars.
Added on 2/2/19: As you can see by their response below, they refuse to accept responsibility and will take to Google to defend themselves, without focusing on assisting the customer. I will point out the facts:
WorldCraft Logistics received 1 pallet from my supplier, and yes, it was supposed to be 3 WorldCraft Logistics stated: "We have the following" and outlined the pallet weights and dimensions for 3 pallets based on an estimate, and not on what was actually there (Is it not a priority of a logistics company to confirm what freight was received? Since I cannot be there, accuracy from the logistics company is what I am paying for). I provided carton labels, scheduled and pre-paid for the shipment and sent the BOL for 3 pallets. Still no mention from Worldcraft of their being only 1 pallet. Worldcraft tells me "BOL well received, we will advise once your cargo has shipped." Still no mention of their being only 1 pallet.
Only AFTER the BOL has been sent and shipment paid for, they finally tell me there is only 1 pallet and not 3. Worldcraft Logistics tried to cut corners, and has cost me money. I will never...
Read moreI'm delighted to review my experience of WorldCraft Logistics (WCL). I joined only a couple of months ago, and despite the obvious stresses and strains that COVID and Chinese New Year has put on the logistics industry, my experience with WCL has been very positive. From the initial sign up with manager Nigel, to having a goods shipment sent across the Pacific, insurance set up, annual bonds set up, to having it arrive and be stored, to having a shipment order for shipment into Amazon be processed... everything has happened very methodically, promptly and with good communication. It is clear they have a system in place. It's very system driven, but on the flip side, it's been easy to speak (either by email or phone) to a member of the WCL who have always been happy to help. Turn around times on shipments from WCL to Amazon have been quick too. What I have really appreciated is their attention to detail. Obviously, in this business, there are many forms it is necessary to fill in. However, I get the impression WCL really does check everything has been filled in correctly, and they have very quickly and routinely spotted any errors which I have made on any forms, no matter how small. It's quite incredible. It's nice to know that is happening, and I'm sure it would save a headache down the line.
