Don't go to this Jack in the Box. Really bad customer service. I made an order for a #11, 1 order of tacos and two Jr. Jumbo Jacks.. I got home my daughters ate their burgers and I was in my room prepping my meal so I can eat, took a bite of half of the chicken hamburger and the meat was raw! Cold & raw, it was hard in the middle it was not properly cooked. I called the Jack and the box to let them know. Drove back, took the hamburger back and the supervisor refused to give me a new meal. Assumed that I had eaten the chicken hamburger because I only took half of it the other half I spit it out and threw it away. It was disgusting. I was upset she really thinks I would drive back and fake an undercooked hamburger for 5 bucks. It is late I just wanted to eat my meal. She didn't even apologize instead she got mad because I raised my voice when she was assuming that I was lying she gave me a new hamburger but not my complete meal. After accusing me and assuming that I was lying the least thing she could.of done was give me a brand new meal and an apology. So we asked if we could do a separate order of Tiny Tacos. The lady had told me that she can't do it right now cause it's just her and the cook. What??? I just wanted Tiny Tacos. A simple item to make. Drop the tiny tacos down. Put em in a box and load em up. I worked at the Del Taco up the street for 7 years in the past. I know exactly what it's like to be working graveyard and have to cook food while cleaning a store spotless before morning shift comes in. It's not that difficult. If it had been 20 people in line it'd be completely understandable. But I was the only one in line. The only car!! From my many years of experience it comes down to 2 things absolute laziness or you can't figure out how to tap buttons on a screen. I saw a guy trying to get a refill stand in front of the cash register and they just ignored him. Cooks seeing him stand there, said nothing or called no one. What a embarrassment of a place.
