If I could give ZERO stars I would. I went to this store this morning and was treated very rudely by the store manager Juan(I did not get his last name) he followed me through out the whole entire store while I was there. He was acting like he was scanning items for prices (what he said ) however every isle I would go to he was sure to follow. And he would call whatever other employee that was near me to tell them something, then both would look at me(mostly him). He even followed me to the cash register where he again told another employee to keep an eye on me. When I called the store to complain I was informed that he was the highest manager there and that I should call corporate to complain(which I am. I was placed on hold to speak to him and while I was putting my groceries in my car I saw him walk out the front entrance, look at me, and then he walked back in and got on the phone to speak to me. When I confronted him he said he had no idea who I was, however when I mentioned to him that I saw him telling employee to look at me he quickly said (oh I called that employee because we had a truck in the back) so clearly he knew who I was. I have never been made to feel so low in my life, because of this manager Superior has lost a customer and you can make sure that I will tell all of my family members and none of them will shop at Superior...
Read moreMy wife visited this store yesterday 5/15/2017. She was waiting in line and had to move to let a disabled gentleman get out. When she moved back in line the cashier closed the line and didn't tend to my wife after my wife had been waiting for about 15 mins in that line. My wife tried to explain to the Cashier ,who's name is Juliet and the cashier just refused to help my wife after all that time she spent in line. When my wife went to another line and started to ask that cashier why Juiet closed and refused to help her. Juliet sarcastically called my wife back to her checkstand and told her to come back in an extremely condescending tone. My wife ended up getting into an argument with Juliet all in front of the head cashier who did nothing to diffuse the situation. My family and I will never be headed back to this place and will tell our family and friends to do the same. Read moreWill NEVER buy a cake from here again. Took the girl about 20 min to tell me whats inside 2 cakes. She kept saying I think. Well when its me paying I want to know exactly what I am buying. Then on the way out after finally deciding she didnt tape the lid and it got blown messing up the cake. Went back in and it was the last one then another lady steps in and I told her I did not like any other cake they had she tells me oh well things happen. Oooooh such a wrong thing to tell a customer. I wanted to "accidently" knock everything down in my pathe and turn and say Oh sorry "things" happen. But I am an adult. How do you just blindly put people behind the counter with ZERO knowledge og aaid department? Then they start speaking in Spanish to eachother assuming you dont know whats being said.
